On January 16, 2023, I took my Dog **** to Barstow Animal hospital get neuter. My dog went in walking and active. my dog is aggressive as well and had a lot of energy. My Dog ***** stayed there all day and when my dog was picked up, he couldn't move his legs, he came back paralyzed and more aggressive than ever, and he was leaking from his surgery. When I called them to ask them why my dog couldn't walk, the doctor was very defensive and aggressive she yelled at me and said that she doesn't know what happen after he left the hospital and that one of her employees walked my dog out to the car which was a lie, her employee carried my dog out to the car; in addition, she also claimed that she seen my dog standing up and walking right after the surgery which was a lie how would the employee walk the my dog if he would not allow said person to get him. furthermore, the doctor accused and blamed my cousin of dropping my dog. so, what that tells me is that one of her employees dropped my dog. When we asked to see the video from the back, she said that there was not camera back there. This place treated us with disrespect and unprofessionalism. the doctor also said that my dog was very aggressive, and they could not settle him down. My cousin explains to the doctor that "if you knew the dog was aggressive then why did you do the procedure you guys are professionals, and when animals are aggressive you are supposed to turn them away and not do the procured." When I looked into the review, and I had seen that my dog was not the only one that something of this nature has happened to.
