      I purchased a full size mattress from Discount Furniture from specifically from a man name ***,who seem very nice and caring when I expressed to him about my health and my disability as known as Multiple Scerolsis and let him know that I really need a firm but comfortable othropedic mattress,*** agreed,and showed us the mattress we test the mattress and didn't like it much,so Damn said take it home and keep the plastic on it,and if we really don't like it,then he will take it back,*** said he is giving us a 2yr warranty.We all agreed and that was that.So starting since April 2021 I been contacting and going up to his store, and *** is never available,so we leave several messages,I went again in July 2021,and we were told that he is still out of town,Then again in October 2021,Now we are in Feb 2022 on the 18th and finally catch up with ***,and he says,he been doing alot of visiting family,I asked him did he get the message I been stopping by he said yes,and then I said,why have you called me,he said because he been busy.How rude for buisness, atleast contact me is what I thought.He said he will go by my home,he did,and tell me even if the springs are broken inside he can't take the bed back,because the company won't take it back,and I don't know what company he is talking about.So he left.Just rude.Now,I'm here suffering from my back and neck and legs,and my wife also just got out of a car accident and all I do is hear her crying because she and I are uncomfortable.I would atleast appreciate my money back and he can get his bed back,and I will never like to do business with *** again and I will want others to know about this.

      I bought a stainless steel refrigerator from this place July 25, 2021. Two months later the freezer stopped working. I called, they came out and switched out the original stainless steel with an all white fridge Instead of fixing the one I bought and bringing it back. So, a month later, the white refrigerator freezer starts going out in October. I call, they come out, they say they “see nothing wrong”. They leave, I hear nothing else. Here we are December the freezer is totally out, of course the 90day warranty is out, and now I’m getting the run around. The part that’s upsetting is that when I call, I keep getting “Ill see if someone can come out today or tomorrow”, but it never happens. I live literally up the street. To make it easier for them I have pictures and video. I wouldn’t cry over spilled milk, I just want a fridge that freezes my food so that my family can eat. No different then anyone else. When we support small business it’s to help the community but with this type of service it makes it very hard. At least try to see eye to eye with the customer. I even offered to pay more for “a better refrigerator”, if they even have a better refrigerator. All I want is a refrigerator that works great for the money I spent. I’m not asking for anything free. The picture attached is of the original refrigerator in which I never got back. The pics is of the unfrozen food In the replacement fridge they brought to me. Couldn’t upload video but I have video. I have proof of conversations and witnesses.
