      On 1/6/2022 I received an invoice for some business cards that I had ordered with this company. I paid for them with my debit card & never received the business cards. I spoke to the owner *** ******* one time after I had ordered them to follow up as to when I would receive them & he said they got damaged in the mail & he reassured me that he was having them redone & sent out again. This never happened. My card was charged on 1/14/2022for the amount of $85.12 for a product I never received. I have several follow up emails & calls to this company & the email provided to us was ***@just4uprints.com & [email protected] & not one person has got back to me & responded to try & get this matter resolved. I cant even reach anyone to give me a refund.

      On 11/02/2021, I ordered 2-18x24 yard signs($42.00), 50-8.5x11 flyers($42.50), and agreed to pay the cut fee ($10) for the flyers. I was told the services would be completed next day. The next day, I contacted JUST4YOU Prints to find out my services had not been fulfilled due to the business being out of ink. A couple days later I arrived at the business, after being told my yard signs had been completed. I arrived only to find out I had to wait as the signs were created upon my arrival. But my flyers still had not been created. I inquired about a refund and was told I would get a refund due to my flyers not being created. The agreement was to refund me $52.50. About two weeks had passed and I still had not received a refund. I attempted to call the business about 15 times over the course of several days and could not speak to anyone. I drove past the business 3 times during their listed business hours and they appeared closed. Tuesday, 11/16/21, my girlfriend called the business and spoke to Carolyn regarding the refund. Carolyn complained to her about how busy the business was and promised to refund the money to my account the same day and Carolyn would send confirmation of refund within 20 minutes after speaking with my girlfriend. My girlfriend contacted the business yet again after neither my girlfriend nor I receiving confirmation after about an hour later. Several hours later my girlfriend called the business again after she nor I receiving confirmation of refund. The business did not answer their telephone as my girlfriend called several times during listed business hours. My girlfriend stopped by the business about 5:45pm. Inside were three visible employees eating pizza and conversing with a customer at the front counter. My girlfriend introduced herself and asked for Carolyn. Carolyn printed a sheet of paper stating the transaction had been voided and the refund would be issued within 5 business days. Today is day 6, and no refund had been issue

      On June 17, 2021 I made a purchase with Just4Uprints to have door hangers made for my company. I paid them $235.18 Invoice 14841 Authorization # PH*********7 Weeks passed and I wasn't getting my door hangers. Everytime I called I would get a different story how there has been a delay or how the company making them didnt have the right material. Then communication just stopped all together. I reached out again in July and the owner *** promised me a total refund and also told me once the door hangers arrived he would call me to come and get them at no charge. I call once a week to this company looking for my refund and can not get *** to return my phone calls. I want my money back.
