    On July 22,2022 I purchased a used fridge from A&A Appliance. The fridge was delivered on July 25,2022. To my knowledge I knew the fridge was used and had minor damage on the outside, I had seen it the day I purchased it. Upon arrival the deliver man was alone and struggling I watch him almost drop the fridge and scratched the whole side. Also the temperature settings in the side of the fridge we're not working. I contacted them immediately. The sales rep said that I could exchange the fridge since the delivery man damaged it in transit but she kept insisting that she just send out a technician to look at the temperatures not working. She sent out a technician on Friday, July 29, 2022. She told me she would send a technician out on Monday August 1st, 2022. I expressed to them that I was already living in the home I need the refrigerator working by that day also I was limited on my schedule and the refrigerator needed to be fixed that day they assured me it would be fixed between the hours of 11 and one on August 1. The repair man never showed up or contacted me. So around 5 PM I contacted the store and the representative told me that he was running late it wasn't gonna make it out today I told her there was no way I was going to be able to reschedule because I told her that Monday was my only off. I asked if the fridge could be picked up since on Friday she had offered me an exchange and she said no. Words were exchanged. She refused to allow me to speak to manager or owner regaining the matter and will not honor my 3 month warranty. I can not use the fridge without the proper repairs, and they refuse to deal with the issue. This place should not even be in business after reading there **** reviews they do this to everyone and refuse to do the repairs.

    Its really sad that hard working people have to resort to making these types of reports. I purchased a used refrigerator in hopes that, with the cost, I would be getting a fairy decent working fridge. I am currently on my 2nd and by the looks of things my 3rd. The repair guy has been out to my residence about 10 times if not more since my purchase in February. The first fridge leaked and made a loud noise which later resorted to all my food having to be thrown out. The 2nd top two rows froze everything. The repair guy came out again replaced a part and now the fridge isnt getting as cold and I have it at the highest setting. Its very frustrating especially when you have kids, to have to keep missing work just for them to come in and say they fixed something when they actually didnt. This is ridiculous..I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing.
