On July 7th 2021, I paid $360 to Garfield Driving school via there web for 6 hours of driving school for my son ***** Luna. I only received 2 classes of 2 hours each, on the last class one day before ***** test was schedule 9/29/21 to take DMV test the instructor ****** wouldn't answer our text and she didn't show up on 9/28/21.I called the school and talked to the owner, he said he would reimburse me for the remaining 2 hours of instruction we didn't receive because ****** had an emergency. I still haven't received no refund or any communication from the school. I have been unsuccessful to get a respond via phone calls or text to ****** or school directly. I have the text messages sent to ****** why she didn't show up and explaining we needed our 2 classes. ***** took the test on 9/29/21 and passed, therefore anything beyond that date was no point of taking a class when he had a license already.
