Ordered part ($104.95). Part that arrived was not the same one they advertised on their website. Pic was not the same as actual part. Part that arrived is the same as a generic off the shelf part that costs $28.88 locally. I confronted them. Condescendingly they blame me for ordering the wrong part but tell me to return the part for a refund on Nov 3rd. At no point do they admit to false advertising which they are clearly at fault for. I return the part and wait weeks. Many texts are sent asking about my refund after tracking shows it had arrived at their facilities. Yes, their returns are handled through text. Like WOW that's so sketchy. Before a month goes by I start texting them asking about my refund every week and sometimes multiple times a week. All but one inquiry is ignored. The one response I do get is beating around the **** about they'll get it done. Couple more weeks go by and some more inquiry texts sent. I finally get a refund to my account of $79.95 on Dec 14th and that's after I paid the shipping back to them too.In summary:-Falsely advertised merchandise -Sub par customer service ***************** is ONLY handled through texts -Condescending to customers -Forever to get a refund -Robbed me of my $ when the part that arrived incorrectly was of no fault of my own.I'm just glad they finally did something. I was about to get ***** and order another $900 worth of parts. Return them and after 30 days of them playing games I could have taken them to court over a federal $ amount of theft.I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy or best friend. I can only hope they go out of business quickly before they can s**** over a lot more people. Yall need *****. If I could give them less than a 1 star rating, I would. Remember, what you order is probably not what you'll receive from these clowns.
