      I contacted this business with a custom embroidery project in which I provided all details up front with timelines, specifications and design. They agreed to do the artwork and prepare the embroidery setup for $99 plus fees. After beginning to work the owner ***** was abusive, rude and more importantly completely ignored direct questions. The original agreement was to work on this virtually but ***** started tell me to go to his warehouse to finish the project. I explained in multiple emails and texts that I am traveling and that I had provided all the information for him to finish the project. All of my questions, requests were ignored and I was constintely pushed to go to their warehouse. I over all felt unsafe and like I was being scammed. In my last conversation over the phone he said and I quote, "You don't tell us what to do. Come to the warehouse and we'll finish the project."I want a full refund because the requested with specific parameters was not completed. Completely unprofessional and extremely low quality of work. You don't get to take customer's money and very badly manupilate to reduce how much work you do. ESPECIALLY when the requirements were clearly stated and provided.

      On November 28, 2022 I arrived at this embroidery shop to complete a job to get my hoodies embroidered. They informed me that my sample was ready I could come approve it and start the processing of my order. I was already skeptical because every phone contact I had with ***** he was talking fast, barely cared to listen and came off as too busy to talk. Being that this is an embroidery shop and understanding consumer demand I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He quoted me a price of $15 dollar per item with a $99 set up fee which was higher then all his other competitors who after shopping around averaged the same job at about 8 dollars a piece. Going off of the reviews I was eager to do business. I arrived today 11/28/22 at approximately 3:40 to be utterly shocked. The place was a mess, people's papers everywhere, unorganized and office staff seemed high strung. I met with one ***** lady didn't get her name but she helped me with my order. While looking for my sample I stood and listened to ***** be hostile, aggressive, unthoughtful and have no humility or morality for his customers. Speaking with someone saying "you don't give them options", that of which I shortly experienced myself. While inquiring on pricing and asking for an adjustment to my sample he said "no" "that's not going to work" get that out of your head." Wondering if he matched competitors or just over pricing, I asked about the price, because while on the phone he told the guy the same thing for someone else, just tell them 15 dollars a piece. After being cut off, disregarded, while he asked the employee what I was saying like he couldn't understand me I felt humiliated. He told me he works with volume. Basically coming off as it is ok to talk and treat people with small orders disrespectful and rude. His employees are working in a hostile environment. He is concerned with taking peoples money, up charging and doesn't seem to care about customers. He isn't working with any ethical or moral codes.
