      They ran my credit card an made a purchase over the phone for ****** after my identity was stolen an the charge was pending also delivered to a address that isn't my address. I have no receipt no nothing an they say they have card an my id that's enough to charge my card.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/04/26) */ The customer called from her phone number to order wheels and tires and now is calling from the same phone number claiming to file this bogus complaint that it wasn't her that placed the order. Her own dad has told us she is the one who ordered them and has the wheels on her car. Not sure who's shes trying to fool but we have advised her many times that it doesn't work that way.

      Date on purchase was 12/2/20, Purchase air bags paid over ***** for purchase. Been having problem with air bag system, is not a everyday driving , hardly drive to to its unsafe. Been talking to them about issues back March of 2021. Front driver air bag pop while driving very scary. They replace it, they replace solenoids, controll, still having issue with system. Front air bags still leaking, car unsafe to drive. What they tell me is that they still waiting on 3rd vendor, and till this day I'm still waiting on answer. I'll tell them that I had bad first experience with air bags, it's been to long and Frustrated times with no answers, but they say if I go back original witch is safer more me, they are going to install cheap parts when I spend over **** dollars. It's not fair ​

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/07) */ The customer purchased the custom airbag system a little over a year ago. These systems tend to give issues as time goes by because they normally are used for show purposes rather than everyday driving. When we sold the system to the customer we never gave him any warranty or promised anything more than installing the airbag system itself. As a courtesy for the last year we would always service any issues he had free of charge. From the hours of labor involved to the purchasing of new parts that with time go out just like anything else you buy, we did all that free of charge. The system isn't made to last forever, certain components are going to fail and just like a car needs service and parts replaced from time to time this is the same case here. The customer for some reason believes he has a lifetime warranty because of the amount of money he paid. He paid $**** because that is what the system and installation costs not because he will never have to spend a penny out of his pocket to fix it. In this period of one year my techs have realized the customer is hard to please and every time he comes in he wants to get something in return for free. The last time he came in he wanted a full new suspension system free of charge, he is a bit delusional. At this point my sales people nor my technicians refuse to even touch his car because nothing we do satisfies him and the courtesy service of more than a year has now expired. We advised him if he wanted his system serviced that he will have to go elsewhere to do so. We will no longer touch that vehicle, he never is satisfied with what we do and always wants free upgrades and parts added. We have done our part and kept our end of the deal up. We refuse to service this customer any longer, we are not responsible for repairs, that is something he has to pay for out of his pocket. Yeas in been almost a year i purchase air bags. I had issues with system since day 1 and they know that. If something went wrong ofcourse i would have to take back to fix. I kinw air bags are not an avery day drive i barely drove my car sinse i got air bags on my car i probably use it for 20 miles. I leave my car in a garage cause were i live is not safe so my car is not a avery day car like they said. Yeah took car back supposedly car had bad defective parts, supposedly they replaced parts, but why still having same issue. When they say i wanted up grades thats a lie i just told them that for the money i pay that had no issues. One thing i was the first car they have put airbags on, i think they didn't konw what they were doing. Also they never took care off the real issue. **** always use to tell me wont worry we got you, i guess not cause we still have this issue. Always telling me that the 3 party the wanted to send my car was booked till next year thats what they tell me. So that means they didn't try to help. Now they say they dont want to touch my car why not. , that i want upgrades ,I ony want to be able to ride my car..
