I took my car to this business in June because it stopped on the freeway and I needed to get it towed there. It turns out that I needed a new engine and I paid this business $5000 to install a used engine that included a three month warranty. A month later on August 6, while on the freeway, over 100 miles away from my home the car overheated and stopped on the freeway again I had to have the car towed back to the auto repair shop a week later in which I never got a follow up phone call from them. I reached out to them a few days later to find out what was going on with the car and the engine and they told me that they had already placed an order for a new engine and that thats what they were waiting on come the following week I have not heard anything so I called them back as well as my husband making several calls to them and they let us know that the engine that that was received was no good and that they had to wait on another engine. A few more days go by and I still have not heard anything. I called him back and they let me know that yet again, the engine that they received was no good, and that it would need to be replaced again. After a lot of back-and-forth and frustrations, including me having to rent several cars because they failed to fix it. I received a call on Saturday, September 9 at the end of the business day letting me know that my car is ready. She also informed me that the car would need a starter so she went ahead and ordered it and put it in. I advise that I would not be able to pick up the car until Monday, September 11 and she said that was fine. I called Monday morning September 11 to advise that my husband would actually be picking up the car since I do have to work very far away, and she informed me that they will be charging me for the starter after all of the inconveniences and me paying them $5000 for a four time failed engine. They have the nerve to also want to charge me for some thing that wasnt even broken when I took the car.
