Terrible experience! Beautiful furniture but not worth the overall bad experience. Especially when there are other companies with equally beautiful items and no hassle. Made to order item said 4-6 weeks. Ordered on 3/24/24 8 weeks later I emailed them because they didnt sent me any communication about a delay, then they told me to add another 4 weeks (July 17th shipping timeframe). July comes and goes (again with no communication telling me of another delay) and I email them and they tell me now Aug 30. Today I got an item shipped message (today 8/14) but the tracking info takes me to a page that says tracking cant be found. What a mess. They credited me 10%, but not worth the time wasted. No returns or cancels on made to order items. Bad policy for bad business that is their fault not ours. I advise you find furniture from elsewhere.Lulu & Georgia, Inc.

Horrible! I never write reviews but had to share this. Do not buy from this company. There is NO ONE to talk to. Chat or email only. I ordered 2 small stools delivered timely by fedex--not a problem. On memorial day, I ordered the ********************--in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 weeks it said. That must have been ready to put on a barge from *****. Credit card is charged in full at time of order placement. I heard nothing from them until I contacted them in late June via email and they said it will ship soon. Early July message that it is shipping!! Link to track order is broken. I emailed about this and still link never worked. Lots of coordination when delivery service finally texted to schedule--bench is for a lake home. No choice on delivery date. Delivery showed up in a small box. Box contained 2 black chairs and sticker on box said that it contained the Hawthorne Bench--which I did not order. The large bench would never have fit in a box with 2 chairs nested. Refused delivery and sent photos to LLG. As always the reply took at least 3 days. They offered $79,half of shipping, and to resend the bench. I have literally spent hours chasing this delivery once I realized in June that something was wrong!! There is no way I am going to have LLG send me another bench and deal with their service. Prices are decent and items unique. I also love a lot of their styles. However, they present themselves as upscale--see website and print catalogs they send. But their service is probably the worst I have ever experienced. Not being able to talk to a person is insulting. If they are so busy, they could at least hire more people to answer their emails in one day? Or if a customer's experience has been a nightmare, have a "manager" call the customer. I have been going back and forth with their customer service with NO help. I have requested to speak to someone; no reply. I have asked for an update of my order only to have an email that says: we are looking into this. There is no way to actually talk to ANYONE in this company. I have successfully ordered 3 rugs from them (also delayed) which I was patient with. I'm trying to desperately just follow up on the order I placed two months ago to the absolutely no where. I have even requested to cancel my order...NO REPLY. So here we go...BBB complaint. I guess I'll call my cc company tomorrow and file a complaint there too. It's so sad.Lulu & Georgia, Inc.

Worst company ever. I am only writing to try to warn other people about how horrible this company is. It's a marketing company that steals your money. Please don't ever order from them. No customer service. No accountability. Things arrive broken and you're given a choice "Keep it" or "we'll take 75% of the money to return it" - Excuse me, you deliver broken s*** and your response is "that's too bad". This company gave me the run around on my order not showing up for 4 weeks. Then by the time they offered to resend me my product, it was sold out. I wasted so much time trying to get proper customer service. Id email and theyd say theyll get back to me, then Id email again after a couple days with the same response. The fact you cant talk to anyone directly means your concerns get left on the email. A month later they offered a 15% discount compensationmeanwhile the website was offering 25% off everything. I am posting this in case anyone else is considering purchasing from #luluandgeorgia. Firstly, they have beautiful furniture and decor, and I was excited to design a few rooms around their products by ************************* ****** (that seem fabulous!). Unfortunately, they have problems that go beyond anything I have ever seen in retail -- simple online customer communications/status updates/inventory updates, effective and efficient customer service, and timely delivery. After careful decision-making, I ordered fabric and linens as foundational decor for my new home. While waiting for swatches, I designed the rooms and purchased coordinating items. The swatches took over three weeks to arrive -- I should have taken that as an indicator, but I moved forward and placed a large order. I was charged for each item, everything showed as 'in stock'. Weeks passed with NO communication from **** and Georgia. Not one email. I tried to contact them by phone and email with no luck. My money was gone, but no response regarding shipping or stock issues. Since I have never had such radio silence from an online retailer, I actually thought I had been the victim of online fraud. I held up all home design work waiting for the foundational fabric around which I had designed the living room. I emailed again. I got general responses, but no response to the issue -- weeks passed and no word from **** and Georgia about MY products -- as they taken the funds. After sending a very threatening email, I FINALLY got a response. One of my items was NOW out of stock and not deliverable until April ****. The other item was held as the items were grouped together. I asked WHEN **** and Georgia would have communicated this to me, but no response to that question or the question of having taken funds for the now out of stock item. I WISH I READ ALL THE BBB COMMENTS BEFORE ORDERING!I paid $200 for White ***** delivery. Lulu & Georgia do not give me a choice on shipping. I HAD to have White ***** delivery..I placed the order on 11/01/23. I received a call from shipping company on 11/8/23 and was told delivery will not be until week of 11/20/23. There is no way to contact them to talk to them personally.Over 3 weeks is ridiculously long to wait when paying that amount.Very dissatisfied.If I had looked at BBB first I would not have ordered!I pray the item isnt as defective as those I read on BBB.Lulu & Georgia, Inc.

I just received the ********************* by ************************* ****** and the quality is absolutely terrible. The drawers barely open and do not close all the way!! In order to open the drawers, which are "push to open" I literally have to BANG on it with my fist. Some of the drawers don't even close all the way, making this dresser look like it's broken.The color is also misrepresented in the photos online. The color is 3 shades darker in person than the website shows. I paid almost $3k for this piece, I cannot call anyone since there is no phone number and almost $400 for white glove delivery.This is totally unacceptable - I refuse to pay a restocking fee or for return shipping since this is completely defective piece of furniture.Lulu & Georgia, Inc.
