In November 2020, ****** provided a quote to fix our Rock-o-la Super Rocket Jukebox. We paid ****** (check ****** upfront to secure the price and a place in line to have our jukebox fixed. We were told told there would be a waiting period but we would have it fixed within 24 months. In November 2021 we were told his wife had died, she handled all of the paperwork, so things may be delayed. March 2022, ****** said things were crazy, he couldn't find help, and he wasn't going to be able to fix the jukebox. We said we understood, please send us our check. Fast forward to June 2022, still no check, he is not answering his phone, or returning my phone call. The last I heard is he is waiting for someone to write the check for him. - I have paid ****** with no repayment - ****** was supposed to to do a complete overhaul on the jukebox which he has agreed he can no longer do - My dispute is that I should be repaid by now as I feel after 8 months, I have proven to be very patient - While he has made MANY promises to give me my money back, this issue has not been resolved - He has promised to call me back every single time to give me an update. He has never called. Now he is not even picking up the phone or responding to my messages. - He said he was having problems finding the paperwork, so I gave him a copy of ours. But he is sure to end each conversation with God Bless, not sure how that is going to fix the fact that he still has my money and no intentions to deliver a product.
