In November 2022 I did my taxes with Fuego Tax , it was my first time receiving a service from this facility. It was then when another employer with the name ***********************, advertise that she could get you 5 different *****s. In the past I have received *****s due to covid for my business, which made me trust this office. Each ***** has an application fee of $300 to up to $6000 (for a new home *****). Therefor I applied for 4 applications, 2 under my name and 2 under my husband's. I payed a total of $1800 which is 2 $600 fee per application and the other 2 for $300 fee per application. I was also told that I had to give voided checks because once they received my promise ***** of $30,000 and one of $40,000 per person, I had to give them 25% from it since they were the brokers. However, we are now in August 2023 and I have not received any emails from the IRS/***** departments or the *****s. The office stop answering my calls, the employee ***** **** became aggressive when I will call her Cell asking for a refund. Now the office only takes appointments and they refuse to give me an appointment. They are using the tactic of aggression to intimate me as a customer. This placed has to be check since this seems to be a scam, and there are many other people that got scam by this office. Reviews are being post now on the internet and is why I know that we just all got scam for our money. It's not fair that they took our hard working money. This business should not continue in open to the public. Their target customers are Latinos who don't speak English who wont be able to file complaints due to not being inform correctly. Lastly, I was offer to buy an LLC for $800 from them with the promised that small business bureau will give me a 2% business loan. I saw many people opening up to 10 LLC which they advised to be the limit so the person could "get 10 different loans". At that time I did not think that was ethic so lucky I did not got scam with this but a lot of others did.Initial Complaint

I went to this place with the promise that they offer government grants for small businesses and offer SBA loans PPP programs and an IRS credit refund assistance programs for small businesses. I gave ******************* who is the owner $4,200 for 7 family members it has been 9 months since I gave her the money promising deposits within 2 weeks from the grants . I went to see her August 11,2023 and I took a witness she promised to refund me $4,200 by August 16th . All my calls text and emails have been. Ignored . ******************* has received thousands of dollars from numerous people in the hope of these grants that don't exist. **** is running a fraudulent business by taking hundreds of people's money and lieing with false info. I would like to recover my money as she promised in her own words and stop avoiding me . ******************* has not been able to proof to me any of these programs are true she has refused to show me any processing evidence that any of my applications are true . This business needs to be checked in by the authorities .
