      On December 10th which was supposed to be a simple tire patch was a nightmare. After taking the nail out of my tire *** saying my tire wasn't in need of patching, he proceeds to s**** my tire back in. I spent some time with my dad before heading home who lives close by to Mannys tire shop. My dad is very familiar with the guy so he trusted him. However, as I was driving home, traffic was stopping on the freeway so I decide to exit. As I was on the road, the same tire that i had him patch started shaking and just came off and ended up on the other side of the road. Needless to say I had severe damage to my vehicle and he hasn't taken care of my vehicle cost to repair. I refused to let him work on my car as he neglected the smallest but one of the most crucial things. I physically went to ask for his insurance and he completely owned what he had done but wont let me know who his insurance is or anything. He shouldn't be in operation if these are the damages he causes including almost taking our lives as my Two children were with me.

      Customer came into my shop and requested for me to check  Front Left tire for air leaks. Tire was taken off and proceeded to check for leaks by submerging into a water tank, no leaks were detected at all and no nail was removed as she stated. Customer came to see  me two days later after supposably the incident, I asked for a police report and/or proof of what had happened but she didn't provide nothing to me. i didn't refuse to help her, I told her that I needed to see the car physically to ***** the problem and never brought the car in. I've been in business for more than 20 years and never has a tire or tires we've installed have ever came off a vehicle. I also did not charge her a single dollar for checking her tire, i did it out of courtesy because other than just labor, no repairs were done at all. I have video to prove that the wheel was installed back in the car properly and using the proper equipment (impact tool) to tighten the bolts/nuts accordingly to the right pressure.  If I had tighten the wheel and bolts/nuts by hand like she states, the wheel would've came off as soon as she would have driven off the lot. She comes two days later, she drove the car for two days and tells me the wheel came off... Any additional information you might need or request, please let me know.

      This man the owner was drunk and aggressive. He changed my tire and then fought with me over payment because his machine was locked. He got in my face and was cussing and slurring and spitting. He kept my car up on the **** and wouldn't release it. Then a whole hour later he removes the new tire and puts my spare back on after I cried for him to release it and him and his pierced son bullied me and wouldn't remove it. It was horrifying. He is a cheat and a drunkard and shouldn't be around the public.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/26) */ There's must have been a miscommunication we do not release any cars from our jacks until all payments or transaction's have gone through due to past incidents with other customers fleeing prior to paying. The customers card kept getting declined in our card reader which I then suggested using *****, I proceeded to pass on my********** ***** information due to *********** having access to it,this could have also been a well handed solution for both me and the customer solving the issue of our card reader error or her card being declined. The customer insisted that the payment transfer had gone through and that they had sent the payment, Our ***** bank statement showed NO transaction of the payment or NO money transfers from this customer. I had then proceed to suggest calling the police since the costumer started getting loud and kept persisting on lowering their car and that they payed when we have no records or confirmation text of their "***** payment " I then proceed to remove the $140 dollar NEW tire off the vehicle since the costumer kept insisting and screaming for me to remove the the jack. I apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunication Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/11/04) */ Hello, I'm appalled by this response. He is lying and my card was never declined. He locked his card reader in his office because he was drunk and forced me to use *****. Please reopen this case. He is not being truthful. I can pull up my bank records to show it was never swiped or declined. I work in the finance industry and don't expect service for free. He was yelling and cussing at me and I was crying!!! I was not screaming. I was crying and in fear. This is a lie and needs to be properly reported. He is a danger to women and customers who aren't aware of his drunken antics. Please do not close this complaint. This is heartbreaking that he could lie like this. ************************** Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2022/11/22) */ I was not lying nor was I drunk, I did not force you to use zelle I suggested zelle as a payment method to try to resolve our situation. The customer also said they had a zelle confirmation number which they didn't want to prove to me and said they had payed which wasn't accurate because my daughter didn't receive no payment transfers from this customer. From the moment the customer got to the tire shop they had accused me of messing up their tire sensors from their past visit months ago and asked for something free in return for the damaged caused, I then responded saying if they had problems with their car sensors why didn't they return the following day instead of coming back months later and claiming damage. I also removed the tire and rim showing her sensor was still n tack, I then also explained the lifespan of a car sensor, at this point there was no trying to explain to the customer due to their disrespectful hostile behavior and then bringing up a free service due to the accusation of me damaging their sensors. She kept using foul language the moment she came to the shop verbally cussing in front of my son, employee, and customers. I always treat my customers with respect but at this point I kept getting disrespected and didn't want to provide any more customer service so I and made my employee install her original tire back with what she came into the shop with. If there is a confirmation number from the zelle payment she made claiming she had please provide it here on the website and I'll gladly give you your tire, customers always come first and I apologize sincerely for any future in-convince , i like to treat all my customers with respect and fairly but only if It's reciprocated
