Re:order# ******* The above order was placed for a an in stock dress to be delivered to my daughter in *********** for a pageant she is participating in at her college. The order was placed on 4/3/2024 and paid extra for expedited shipping. After numerous calls to the business starting on 4/5 we were assured the dress had been shipped from vendor via DHL AND the tracking number will be available after 5 pm EST in my daughters portal and the dress would arrive BEFORE her pageant date of 4/15. Today, 4/12, my daughter received a notification from DHL that package was delivered however when she went to pick it up there was no package! She panicked and called DHL when the tracking number could not be found and was told tracking number was incorrect. I contacted the store and spoke with representative who assured me the package was on delivery truck and out for delivery then confirmed the tracking number. When I used the tracking number I discovered the dress was coming from *****!!! This package is noted to be in ************ out for delivery. My daughter contacted DHL AGAIN and was told they would call her back in 90 minutes and this never happened. My daughter called ************ and the representative commented this is weird and was told she would have to drive 2 hours over to the city of ************ from *********** on Monday the day of pageant to pick up a freaking package in which shipping to her address expedited shipping was paid for. Never in my life have I experienced such callous behavior and service! Unacceptable! Now our daughter may be disqualified from pageant she has worked so hard for because of this scam site!! I want a full refund for this phantom package and the shipping. This package never arrived as promised and paid for. Where is this ****** dress????Business response

The order was clearly delivered to the customer. We have proof from the daughters school that it was delivered as well as proof of signature. Dhl tracking 6929664254

We do not appreciate customers that receive orders then file a chargeback against us. We will be filing a claim court case against the customer for the full amount.
