Contract date 08/24/2023 *nd date 10/26/2023 Siding replacement Mr ********************** has abandoned the job. On 10/10/2023 **** and his *********** (***) retrieved all tools from my house and the job is incomplete.The siding was removed on the *ast side on 09/26/2023. The additional 15 panels of siding were supposed to be delivered in the morning on 09/27/2023 . Mr. ********************** failed to deliver 15 siding panels. The laborers left at Noon that day due to lack of material. They have not returned . On 09/26/2023 the spigot was damaged by the workers and was leaking. I called ******* Plumbing on 10/04/2023 and they replaced the **** at a cost of $235 which I am seeking reimbursement . A copy of the invoice was sent to Mr **********************. The * side of my house has only three panels on it. It is exposed, only covered with Tyvek ********** has rained. The downspouts for the gutters are still off. There are no vent covers for the attic or crawl space under the house. I have requested to see the receipts for materials purchased, which he has yet to provide. There have been a minimum of 8 revisions to the contract and each time the dollar amount and quantity of materials is different . Mr ********************** said there would be a minimum of 2 to 3 workers including himself onsite daily. This did not happen. Mr ********************** is demanding I purchase additional materials and labor to complete the job. I have received at least 3 quotes for materials and they are all different estimates. On 10/06/2023 Mr ********************** expressed in 2 letters and verbally that he made a mistake and under bid the job for material as well as labor. On 10/10/2023 Mr ********************** admitted that he had spent the money on something else, and that on 09/26/2023 he knew the money was gone and still removed the siding with the intention of having me pay for more material and labor. On 10/9 and 10/12 workers came to my home in search of Mr ********************** seeking payment for their work. I have kept a daily journal of progress along with photographs.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Jiohn Tanner says many things in his response but neglected to include an invoice of services rendered. This has been the issue . He states i owe him money but will not provide documentation. Please require **** Tanner to provide this critical information.
