Placed an order on 4/15/2024 for $38.75 Two days later, I checked the website to see if the order had shipped. The message was that the account was on hold due to suspected fraud on my part. They asked for a copy of my drivers license, which I emailed to the address they furnished. They then asked for a copy of my bank records. This seemed suspicious, so I only sent a screen shot of where the money had been charged to my credit card. They stopped chatting with me on their website. I called customer service and could not speak to a human being. Unfortunately, I didn't check reviews before I placed the order. I would like my order or to get my money back. This is no way for them to conduct business.Initial Complaint

I was buying a birthday present for my sister in *******. I am in ******** so I put my card number in at the top she created her own account at the top of the account. It had her address to ship it to when I put my card information in The areas for my card information to pay for it it changed everything to my shipping address so when I called to see about getting the address changed I was told to **** a d*** by one of the associates I called at 12:49 on Friday, February 9, 2004, and I also have screenshots where he was telling me the same thing When I tried to chat and get a number for manager or an associate that I could talk to I have patronized and really spent a lot of money with this company but for this transaction, I have not received anything because it was sent to the wrong addressInitial Complaint

I canceled an order and instead of a refund they charged my credit card twice. I have tried to email them about the problem but they ignored the emails. I don't know what else to do I have a $1402.00 charge on my credit card for an order that was canceled.Initial Complaint

I bought a hemp product that was grown insufficiently and contacted the business for a resolution. I provided details on what the issue was and I was told that some people just dont like certain products. That wasnt the issue. The issue was that the product was faulty and should not have been sold to a customer.Business response

Customer refuses to return product for full refund per refund and return policy. Customer acknowledged refund policy twice prior to purchase IP recorded with purchase. Customer failed to meet our return and refund policy, no refund issued.Customer response

I made purchase 1 St of September for some hemp and I been waiting no help nothing terrible company they robbed me $20.12
