I ordered one the and was sent 2 and charged for two. I sent one back with the receipt and asked for a credit on my account. They sent it back to me melted.Business response

We reviewed your complaint and found the following:
The customer placed two separate orders for identical items. We shipped both orders. We never received a message from the customer that s/he wanted to make a return. We have since reached out to the customer with return instructions as well as a return shipping label. We certainly will process the return and issue the refund once we receive the return back.

I am rejecting this response because:The envelope was clearly opened by the business and the letter torn in half and the tie was melted and mailed back to me. I have since thrown the tie away.I have also not received a return shipping label.
