I ordered shoes from MOLA on June 30, 2022 cost $180 the totaled debited from my account was $195. I tried contacting them on their website via email & calling the number that was listed for them but connected to all of their supposed locations. They have not responded back via email or phone. To this day I still have not received the shoes or my refund back for the shoes that was charged from my account. I have proof of the purchase & the site contact and complaint information that I contacted. At this point for, it has been well over 3 months, with no contact from MOLA about my purchase and the shoes still never arrived, so I just would like my refund of $195 that was charged to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered shoes off of their website for a total of $164.00 Order #*********. When I noticed I did not receive any invoice or receipt for my purchase, I emailed them and they said I would not get one until the item was paid for. After looking at my bank statement and noticed I was charged for the product, I tried to reach out again and the company stopped responding. I then asked to cancel my order entirely since I did not receive a shipping notification or anything else from the company, again no response. Ultimately, I was charged for an item that that was never sent.
