Had new rims and tires put on my car. The worker told me to come back the following week and pick up my stock wheels. Because they were too incompetent to just throw the stock wheels back in the car. I tell the clerk that I have to travel for work. I come back 2 weeks later and come to find out they scrapped my perfectly good wheels, without a call notifying me they would be doing so. I call the shop manager and he basically tells me that Im out of luck and my $2000 worth of wheels and tires just disappeared.Initial Complaint

Employees damaged 4 wheels installing tires. I brought my truck back to have it inspected. An employee looked at the wheels, took pictures and said he would call me with resolution. No call was ever made. These wheels cost approximately 870$ Each and each wheel had the paint rubbed off the edge by the employees during the tire change. In the photos you can see I took a photo Of each wheel at drop off (toyo tire mounted) and you can clearly see each wheel is black at the edge of the lip. The last 2 photos show the paint damaged and removed at the same locations. Same damage to all 4 wheels.Wheels need to be powder coated to return them to the condition they were in before given to Big O Tires.Initial Complaint

11/20/21 I had a full synthetic oil change at Big O Tires in *******. On 11/23/21 my card died on the highway in commuter traffic. I had my car towed to ************** who diagnosed that I had less than one quart of oil left in the engine. ************** determined that due to the negligence by Big o TIres the oil housing unit was damaged causing the oil to leak. The technician with ***************** took photos of the extensive damage and they were emailed to me. The under carriage of my car was covered in oil. The entire cost of repairs with parts came to a total of $4457.17. ************** assured me that Big O tires was negligent and had caused the damage. I shared all of the communications, estimates, photos with Big O Tires .
