This business has a pattern of overcharging its customers.On Dec 3rd, I was told that partial highlights would cost $185 but when I came on Dec 4th and got it done, I was told it was $200 and that they had misquoted it the first time. I paid without saying anything.Today, 1/26, after making an appointment for an identical service (partial highlights), I was charged $250! The women at the front desk argued and told me that an email had gone out saying there was a price increase (they later noted that my email was not in their database and there was no way I got the email) and they refused to honor the previous price of $200. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and after making a few whispered calls they said the owner would not speak to me and they could not give me a discount. They then started making up explanations like there was a toner included this time around (it was the last time too but they didn't acknowledge that) and that they were paying their staff more. The latter part is fine but if you have a 20% price jump in one month, it behooves you as the business owner to let your client know when he/she books not after the service is completed. And if your customer has not been informed ahead of the price change, have the decency to honor the old price. And at least have the integrity to speak to your customer. Finally after badgering them and three secretive calls to the owner, they took $20 off the **** instead of $50.Shockingly rude and poor service for a place that charges such high prices. The stylist was great but the business practice of this owner leaves a lot to be desired.
