I am writing to file a complaint against LA Boulders (Touchstone Climbing) regarding a recent incident that has left me dissatisfied with their service. On September 1, 2023, I visited the *********** facility to purchase a 1-month membership, as I have done several times in the past for one-day passes or 1-month memberships. l, approached the front desk and spoke with a staff member named *****. I clearly expressed my desire for a 1-month membership, and he assured me that they could assist with the purchase. We proceeded to complete the necessary paperwork, ensuring that all details were accurately provided.At the time of payment, I presented my credit card ending in 9773 to *****. However, I soon realized that the card had expired 8/23. I promptly informed ***** of this oversight and offered to provide an alternative card. Despite my offer, ***** assured me that the transaction had been successful, and the expired card had been accepted. However, as I walked away from the front desk, I sought confirmation once more, asking ***** if the payment indeed covered a one-month membership. To this, he affirmed, stating that it was indeed a one-month membership. Fast forward, till a week ago, and I found out LA Boulders (Touchstone Climbing) was continuing these monthly-to-monthly membership fees. Even though, I express no desire of this. Without a doubt *****, made a mistake and gave the wrong order form or however it is, he is negligent of these bad business practices. Subsequently, I discovered that they overcharged me on the first month. *****! Its all the WellsFargo_Statement_Sep doc. This discrepancy has led me to question the integrity of LA Boulders and their billing practices. I been overcharged for 8 months.I attempted to resolve this issue directly with LA Boulders, but my efforts have been met with resistance. They only refund me for the month of May. I am seeking your assistance in addressing this matter and ensuring that I receive a refunds
