            We called Sunshine Gutters on January 5, 2023 to come out to bid on our damaged gutters. **** came on January 6, 2023 to give us a bid. We received the bid on January 11, 2023. We approved the bid and scheduled them to come out to perform the work on February 2, 2023. On February 4, 2023 we paid the invoice in full. On February 5, 2023 we had another rain storm and it was clear that the gutters had a pitch problem. **** came by on February 9, 2023 to inspect the gutters and confirmed that there is a pitch problem. They requested videos of the pitch problem which were sent to them. We have repeatedly contacted Sunshine Gutters since that time (***** by phone and email, **** by text message) and although they have promised to come out multiple times, they never show up. They are not actively avoiding our phone calls and text messages. It is **** 25, 2023. I would like them to come out to finish the job.

            I had Sunshine gutter install gutters and gutter screen on my home in 2018. After the recent storms half of my upper gutter became detached and is now hanging down. Called the company about repairs and warranty service. After some issues with finding my install records was told a rep would be out to assess the work needed, rep never showed up. Multiple calls over several day have gone to voice mail and remain unanswered. Web site foe email contact appears to be non functional.

            Thank you for your note here *******.You called and left a message on 11/16/2022 about your gutters issues,Your gutters were installed on 07.19.2018.Sunshine Gutters provide a 5 year workmanship warranty , When you called your warranty has already expired.****** your sale rap has reached out to you and left a message to witch you did not responded.
