      Greetings.My dad asked me to purchase a product called the Red-Stuff for him(I think it has to do with health).He's 90 and trying to keep healthy.I placed the order with ***** for $99 + tax= $106.50 on the 8th of August at 5:43pm and she told me that it would take **** weeks delivery.I told my dad and he said that's ok.Well I didn't received any delivery for the time ***** had given me so I made a call on October 6 at 7:27pm and spoke with ******** who I explained the situation with and she took a few information from me and told me that someone will get back to me.No one did,so I called back again on the 14th at 12:46pm and spoke with *********** who I repeated the process with and the same thing, no one got back to **** had spoken to two other persons after that too,but I cant find those info right now but those were in November and I was very upset with that last person too,because they kept telling me the same thing over and over and it just not happening while on the other end my dad kept bugging me to call them(which I kept on doing with no result)So I told her that I am not going to do this again(by calling them).So I came to you guys for help.That's it for my dad case and I have one that you guys had help me with before,but when this is finish then I'll do a follow up with that).

      I've been sending a $25.00 donation to "WBAI RADIO PACIFICA" for about the last 4yrs. I'm trying to complete my government taxes for "2022". & I need my tax deduction receipt of $300.00 from the station to finish filing my taxes. I've sent E-mails & called the station manager ( *******************************) for over 4 months & the response/tax deduction receipt I've received from him was for $200.00, which does not add up to 12 months, at $25.00 per month.WBAI is a listener sponsored station, which survives on it's listener donations. The way they have responded to my request, makes me understand why the station is loosing listeners.

      WBAI is a radio station that regularly engages in fundraising campaigns where they solicit pledges of varying amounts of money in exchange for a premium (a product or service). On May 2, 2023 I made a pledge of $200 in exchange for a premium titled "The ******************* CBD Experience." The package was to include some all-natural products from the dermatologist's line and a one-hour consultation with the doctor. I was told that the premium would take **** weeks to fulfill, and my **** card was charged $207.50. At the 2-month **** I started calling the station about this matter. I made calls on 7/7/23, 7/18//23, 7/27/23, 8/4/23, 8/11/23, and on 8/24/23 left a message for the station manager. To date, no one has contacted me about fulfilling this premium or refunding my money. I contacted **** to try to dispute the charge, but I was told that it was too late (more than 120 days incl weekends). I did not just give WBAI $200 for no reason. It was in exchange for a premium package. They should not be allowed to get away with offering premiums in exchange for funds and then not fulfilling their end of that transaction. The products I purchased should be supplied or they should credit my $200 back to me.

      In the beginning of the year I gave KPFK a gift of $25.19 to be taken from my account monthly. I no longer want to continue this arrangement, but KPFK cannot be reached by phone. Can you help me get them to stop this recurring payment?

      On April 13th, 2022, I made a donation of $200.00 to WBAI Radio in exchange to receive a "wealth and abundance mega pack" featuring ***** *******************************, American healer and spiritual teacher. The abundance mega pack featured "the formula for wealth, unleash your inner millionaire, secrets to muscle testing, formula for miracles, 3 E-books, trauma clearing sessions, guided meditations and tutorials in order to clear subconscious blocks." I've called several times and sent emails several times through the website's direct contact us links and have never received a response. I'd like a refund for the $200.00 that was donated, receipt attached. Please help rectify this situation. I wouldn't have made the donation if I wasn't going to receive the gift in exchange, which is now no longer desired.       I paid this radio station $150 for chaga mushroom vitamins which were never received. I called the radio station 3 times and a phone call was promised that never happened. I ordered the vitamins back in March of 2022. I would like this resolved with a refund or credit.

      Pledged money for 2 products that were never received. Called the customer number and spoke with 3 separate representatives. The matter still was never resolved. Emailed the manager *****************************. No response.
