            BBB opened an investigation into this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore, consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On April 5, 2023 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

            Ordered 1 bottle, they sent me 5. I sent them back as requested and cancelled my credit card so they couldnt charge me again- I recommend this as others continue to receive product.I still havent received my ******. This company is a fraud!

            Amarose Beauty REPEATEDLY sent ** emails stating they were working on our refund, but that proved to be an ongoing lie. They regularly (often almost weekly) sent very "nicely worded" emails thanking ** for our patience, while they processed our refund. We were, in fact, very patient while we waited for our refund. Our initial claim goes back to late 2022. After exchanging dozens of emails, our final email to them stated we were going to contact the Better Business Bureau. They obviously have a history of taking people's money, and they apparently did not care if we posted this negative comment or not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!************
