I placed my order on 7/4/2024. It said it would arrive in 5-10 days. It has not arrived. The website says it is on the way as well as the email but there is no tracking number. The tracking number a *** sent doesn't work. You call the number and get the busy signal. What is even crazier, I just got an email saying I'm about to be charged again because I unknowingly signed up for a subscription. Why would I be about to be charged for the next item if I never even got the first one. This is a scam and I want my money back.Initial Complaint

Ive been talking back-and-forth to this company And then they kept on charging me over and over again for a product that I never even gotten. I told him I canceled it and I showed them the emails that they continue to take money out of the account. One of the emails they sent me had somebody elses name on it then I sent them the email that shows how many times theyve taken it out of my account. They said they kept on renewing it. I talked to the bank and the only thing they can do is to continue to send a new debit card. They said they have complained against the company, but that I should take action so this is what I need to do. Finally, they gave me the address of where they sent it. I went to the ladies address and told her about this. She said she returned it a while ago. She just put return to center and put it in the box. I told them that, but they said my renewal was still coming up even after *** showed him the emails that I canceled it with date and timeInitial Complaint

This company did not deliver my order. I ordered a product over 4 months ago and was apparently "sent" but never entered my country and their shipping company status says "returned to sender". However, despite this, the customer service team have been impossible to deal with and refuse to issue a refund as they are "investigating" this.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from their website on October 10th, 2023. As of today, March 14th, 2024, I STILL have not received the product. I have emailed their customer service department MULTIPLE times over the past five months, and each time, they send me the same, canned response, saying "we will look into it," and then they NEVER get back to me. Now, FIVE MONTHS LATER, I have requested a refund in two separate emails, and they have completely IGNORED my requests. It's obvious that I'm never going to receive the product that I paid for - maybe it was lost in the mail - but they absolutely REFUSE to make it right in any way, such as giving me a refund, which is what ANY RESPECTABLE BUSINESS would do. I was SCAMMED, plain and simple.Initial Complaint
