April 1,2023 Goyard ******************** I bought a bag and i called the following day and the employers are rude and saying bad words. Their names are ***** and ********They are rude and they dont have **************** manners. Its my first to to buy but they are bery discriminating. We ordered a 'Versement d'Acompte' (order # *************) bag in gray color on 10/08/2021 in the Rodeo Dr. Beverly Hills Goyard's store in California, the sales person said it would take a couple weeks and they would call when it arrives. The thing is it never arrives, no call for a month. I called the sales person and store manager, they could not give me a date or when the bag would arrive, I then tried to cancel the order and the store manager said I could only get store credit. Store credit? I did not see the product and got bad customer service and got run-around answer.... I really don't see this is fair to me. I am attaching the store receipt and wishing someone to help me. Thank you for your assistance. ******** *************Business response
