Made an in store purchase on 8/16. I explained to the ** that if plans didnt work out, can I bring back to store. Her response was of course. Today i attempted to return said item at a different location and was told that refunds are not accepted. It would have to be in store credit. The ** in the store suggested I called the store where the item was purchased, which I did. It is very unfortunate that a luxury brand does not offer refunds. It is my first time shopping and I was told that the ** should have mentioned that info to me, which she didnt. I get it, maybe she wanted the same but nonetheless it is unbelievable.Initial Complaint

I recently received some shoes from dolce, they stated that the shoes are custom so they won't be able to replace them being that they are the wrong size or for any other circumstances. I was not made aware that they are custom shoes and i was not made aware that i wouldn't be able to exchange or return this item. The order number is DG-US-********
