I placed three orders with them. One for $1.179.76 (two silver bracket one in size 15 and one in size 16), one for $514.81 (silver ring and silver earring) and one for $ ******** (gold opera ring) I received all the pieces in one package on 12/17 and opened the box just to make sure all the items are correct since first time to buy. The security tag was looks prefect on earring and opera ring, but security tag was almost falling off on two bracelet and sliver ring. However due to the item is thicker, not skinny so I guess that is how they put the security tag on so I didn't think too much. I went to travel on 19th and back in town on 21st. After look and tried size, I decide to keep the opera ring and return all silver piece and get some other opera collection since all the silver piece not look that great or the size not prefect to me since I was mentioned first time to buy and unsure about the size sometimes. I return the package on 12/27 and got delivery on 12/28, the business emailed me and mentioned only refund me back for the silver earring since security tag was prefect on that piece only. However, the rest three piece unable to refund back to me and advise the package will return back to my by overnight delivery since the security tag not stable on it and they thought I might used them. I never used them, the security tag was not stable on those three piece and I returned back to them exactly how they shipped to me. The security tag was raspy to falling off when I received. I tried to call the customer enter and it's always closed mentioned holiday season. I emailed them and only get response back will pass the feedback. I don't wanna the piece back since the size either not correct or the piece I really don't like that much. I need my refund. I am not going to accept the package they delivered to be again and I need my refund to be processed asap since it's their fault and not mine. They should accept the return since that is what I received before.
