I placed an order with Ecoriginals on March 2nd, 2024. The order contained 3 packs of baby diapers and 3 packs of wipes. On March 8, 2024 my package of diapers from this company was delivered. My baby wore a diaper for about 4 hours. When I changed it, the contents of the diapers had shed all over my babys ***. There were literal ***** of fabric on my babys parts. So I did not use any more of the diapers because I didnt want these fibers getting into my babys creases and possibly causing problems. My initial email was after midnight that same evening. The timing of the emails will also show that I didnt use the nappy for an extended period of time. In that email, I sent a photo of the wet nappy as proof that the nappy was fully soaked and wasnt used for an extended period of time. My first response was during their business hours on Monday the 11th of March. It was a brief email apologizing and requesting further info about the packaging lot number. I responded accordingly. On Tuesday, I received my second response where they wanted to send me a replacement package. I informed them that all three packages had the same lot number and that I wouldnt feel comfortable putting anymore of their diapers on my baby. I only get one response a day from this company and as of this correspondence, I havent had a response on 24 hours! This is very serious to me because it is surrounding a little baby. I sent them another email stating that I want to return the entire package for a full refund and have yet to hear anything back from them. I went on their website and sent a message through there as well. Again, with no response. I am still wanting a return label and a full refund for the defective diapers. I would like to have this matter resolved quickly with them receiving their product and me receiving my funds.
