    BBB unable to locate business
    On 01/02/24, i purchased a digital planner from Exclusive Planners online where their web site at that time clearly offered a 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. After having some issues and contacting them, I decided that the planner did not met my expectations and i requested a refund as per the advertised guarantee I have attached a image of the guarantee that was on their web site , but now has been changed . I have also included a screen shot of the explanation that they only refund new unused products , which is clearly not what was advertised. I only purchased because of the guarantee to make sure it would work for me. Which it did not. I am simply asking that they continue with their deceptive practices and honor what they advertise. Thank you.

    Digital planners don't work for everyone, but the only way to really know if something different works for you is to try it. I chose to try this company because several prominent spots on the website states a 100% guarantee refund if you aren't satisfied. After purchasing, I quickly realized that this system does not work for me, so I emailed them, but denied my refund. I attempted to work w/ them before sharing my experience, but after over 6 emails & still being denied, I moved forward. It says nothing about the fact that a refund is only if the digital planner is defective. I was told later that you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom, past all of the reviews to find a tiny link for the actual refund policy. I scrolled to where I saw the huge 30 DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE that continues with "Our mission is to deliver exceptional products that exceed your expectations, but we are also committed in offering a 30-days money back guarantee."Enjoy our digital solutions risk-free!" I then continued scrolling down all the way to the Q&A, where one of the questions was "What if this planner doesn't work for me?" The answer they have is "We are 100% sure that our product will be able to help you. That's why we offer a 30-days money back guarantee if you're not satisfied." Both of those places would have been the perfect place to put the actual refund policy, a link to what they have all the way down at the bottom, or at least let those know they have to scroll all the way down to the tiny link that gives the real refund policy. To me, that is an incredibly deceptive answer. Why wouldn't they put the actual refund policy in those other highly visible places? Why would someone have to think they need to search for a 3rd answer to this question? I would proceed with caution & not take their word for any answer they might give for whatever questions you might have. ONLY proceed if you are okay with not getting your money back if the product isn't what works for you.
