    Filing a complaint and requesting a refund for Vans Warped Tour for $315.56, 2 x 2-Day GA Tier 1 tickets. Warped tour lied to us about when all the bands would be announced. They made it seem that this was urgent to purchase the tickets, and then the date that they promised all the bands would be released, they said that they couldn't name all the bands and pushed back the timeline again.This is completely unacceptable - please provide refund.

    On Friday, March 14, 2025 at 12:00pm CST I logged onto ARC Music Festival's website to buy tickets: ***************************** when tickets went on sale. I was offered Tier 4 GA Pricing for $429.99. I bought my 3 tickets. Then at 2:00pm CST I checked the website and Tier 3 GA Pricing for $399.99 was offered. Then again at 7:00pm CST, the Tier 3 GA Pricing for $399.99 was offered. ARC increased the Tier pricing during the initial go live and then offered lower pricing a few hours later. I find these practices to be unethical and I am seeking reimbursement of $90 for the unjust increase in price. The purpose behind Tier pricing is to incentivize buyers to purchase sooner rather than later, and yet ARC charged me more for buying tickets sooner. I ultimately paid the business $1,289.97. The ticket agency ********** noted that they cannot resolve the problem. I am waiting to hear back from ARC Music Festival directly.

    Insomniac is refusing to provide their liability carrier information for my slip and fall. I need to make a claim.

    Due to inclement weather, much of the Electric Forest 2024 festival did not occur, as was expected with the cost of the ticket. As such, an acommodating refund for the cost of the tickets that my partner and I paid for is what I am requesting.

    Rolling Loud Music Festival (*********** date) business practices need to be looked into. This is a 3 day music festival originally scheduled March 15 to March 17. A fourth day March 14 was added on. 1 day ticket holders who wanted to attend the added March 14 date were instructed by the company via social media and email to purchase a 3 day upgrade for all scheduled dates which would be March ***** in order to attended March 14 for free. The company falsely advertised March 14 as exclusive event only available for 3 day ticket holders to attend and mislead people on social media platforms like Instagram/twitter to believe there would be no upcoming cheaper 1 day ticket option available to purchase for March 14. Those who purchased and had 3 day tickets already would get free entry for March 14 and required nothing else. On March 07, 2024 Rolling Loud began advertising via social social media and email that a new exclusive option to purchased a 1 day ticket for March 14 would now be available and limited on March 08, 2024 for anyone interested. Hundreds of people who only wanted to attend one day of the festival were purposely mislead by information disseminated by the company on various platforms and tricked into purchasing more expensive 3 day passes for the entire festival in order just to attend what was advertised as being a special exclusive free fourth day addition (March 14) for 3 day pass holders. I Originally purchased three 1 day passes for March 17 at $664.95. After being lied to by the company and tricked into purchasing an upgrade for all three tickets to now be 3 day festival upgrade passes in order to attend March 14 I spent another $960.00. grand total $1624.95. This was only for the company to turn around on March 07 and begin promoting the upcoming option to suddenly now purchase single day passes on March 08 for the event date on March 14. 3 day ticket holders of the festival no longer had exclusivity as promoted/advertised.     Most of these details are included in the attached PDF. I bought tickets to a Beyond Wonderland festival and I made sure to buy the secure tickets incase I was unable to go to receive a refund as promised. I contacted support and they instantly declined my refund without explaining anything. I contacted my bank to issue a refund and they did, but it got reversed nearly 4 months after.

    I bought the 2 day pass for Beyond Woderland at the moment the ticket was issued because Im looking forward for this event since I love the line up for day 2. The day 2 event was canceled due to the gun shooting accident in day 1, which does not make sense to me because instead of canceling the event for day 1 after the gun shot, they cancel day 2 after they caught the shooter. But thats ok since theres still have safety concerns. It was frustrating because it takes me long time to get to Gorge and I have already booked hotel. They said they would issued refund but after waiting for 2 months, I got the noticed that I only get 50% of my 2 days refund. It doesnt make any sense because they sell day 1 ticket for $160 and day 2 for $200 and we all know that most of us came to this event for day 2, due to the difference of single days price, I think they also agree that the ticket value of day 2 is higher than day 1. Now when they issues refund for 2 day pass purchaser like me, they assume they have same value. I cant stand for this company violates my right.

    Went to buy 1 ticket and it charged me for 2 and they wont do a full/partial cancel/refund.

    On the weekend of June ***** my friends and I were at an event run by Insomniac Events at ********* amphitheater in ************************ State. On day 1 there was a shooting around 8pm in the direct campgrounds my friends and I were in. Instead of telling anyone insomniac didnt say anything until about 2am about the shooting. We were finding out from friends calling and texting us until the our phones all died. When walking back we find out the shooting was in our campgrounds which they had now closed off so we had to wait until after 4am in the cold to get to our camp. Thats completely fine. What we are disheartened about is the fact we were not told. The event continued till 2am from a shooting that happened at 8pm. They say they didnt say anything because we were safe, so they thought. When they knew nothing about the shooter or if there could even be more shooters still out there. I want my money back and so do my friends and the last information we have received from Insomniac Events was on June 21st. Its now almost July and we need some answers. Not only for that but what they are going to do in the future to keep ticket goes safe. The security was way to lazy for this event. My backpacks were never checked. They didnt check the cars well prior to going in. When we pay on average of $400 for this event we should be communicated and kept safe. They were not even sanding everyone or making everyone go through metal detectors. I have gone to many events at ********* where security was handled better. Including more wanding and body checking as well as metal detectors.

    I bought a set of 2 GA+ tickets for Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge on June 6th. When purchasing I had only bought the GA+ tickets because their website had a glitch. The site link showed the lower level GA tickets as being available (also the marketing link I clicked online showed tickets as available), but when clicking on the link the purchase page would show unavailable. I ended up buying a higher cost GA+ ticket as a substitute to secure the tickets. The next morning I checked the page and the link was properly working and showed the GA tickets as available. When I contacted Front Gate Tickets and Insomniac Events, neither would change the ticket type to the basic GA that they had advertised as being available in their link. Currently they are still advertising tickets as being available and still won't shift the ticket back. The false advertising the night I had purchased is what was incredibly frustrating. After trying to contact both the promoter and vendor, neither would fix the issue and I got very little in response since trying to communicate with them that it was a website issue and false marketing that led to me purchasing a higher cost ticket.
