  I went to this salons for hair extension, highlights to get my hair color lighter. They charged me over $***** dollars and burnt my hair. The beginning price was over $***** . I paid got my extensions which fell off couple of weeks later . I asked for lighter hair color she made it darker . I called with my concern she said to go on and she will do it again . I went so she can correct it . They charged me another $***** dollars and burnt my hair with extensions falling off my head . I called to let them know my concern . The hair dresser was nice sent me a text saying she will take care of me since she knew she burnt my hair . The salons rep called and said that if I want to be seen I have to pay cancellation fee to see **** ***** original hair colorist and extension . Ever since I've spent over $****** dollars on vitamins and hair products to let my hair grow which they damaged . **** ***** said she was willing to help me out but I believe the salon wouldn't let her so she said she refused to see me . I felt discriminated after I paid so much money because this salon is known to treat celebrities and treat normal people like they don't exist and burn their hair. I've now spent over $****** dollars on my hair plus the $***** I've given them for their gross negligence . They have a choice to correct my hair and make it healthy at no charge to me no matter how long it takes or pay me my money back immediately.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/01) */ BOMANE is a hair salon that provides a working environment for independent hair stylists. Each individual is an independent contractor. This issue was brought to my attention from a stylist. The client says they spent $**** in the salon. The records that we have total around $****. This goes directly to the independent contractor. BOMANE doesn't hold any money from clients. The client visited the salon on three separate occasions in 2021. This incident should be handled by the client and the service provider. We house talent and do not dictate which clients they take or see. Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/11/07) */ This is absolutely false claim . The response is not satisfactory. Bomane salone needs to refund me .
