On October 9, I ordered a three month supply of their product, *********** at a cost of *******. They promise a "100% no hassle money-back guarantee" if it doesn't work for you. After taking their product for 60 days I emailed them at their customer support email address stating the it hadn't worked for me and requested instructions on applying for the refund. I have emailed them 3 times in the last 7 days and have yet to receive a response. I saw that they have a 100% response rate with complaints filed with the *** so I decided to try that next.Business response

We see the emails that were sent to our support emails, and we show that we responded to each email with instructions for a refund. However, since it appears that you did not receive our response, we have gone ahead and issued a full refund back to your payment method used. I take issue with their assertion that they answered all of my emails. There's no reason why I wouldn't have received at least one of them. I check my spam folder daily and I've done two complete file searches and found nothing from them. They said to allow 2-4 days for the refund to show. Today is the fifth working day since their response and there is neither a posted nor pending transaction for the refund on my credit card. We see that we responded to each email from ********************** on December 14th, December 15th, and December 19th, and each email was responded to the same day and would have come from *********************** . Additionally, the refund we issued was sent on December 27th ( there was 2 separate refunds showing, one refund for $109.90 and one for $9.95, both issued back to the ********************). The refunds should be reflected on your statement within 2-4 business days from December 27th. We are very sorry for the issue with not receiving our email responses, and we have attempted to reach out to your phone number to explain the details of the full refunds, but we were unable to reach you. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience, and if there's anything else we can do to assist you, we would be more than happy to. Both I and my friend spent $*** on ********** which claims to reduce frequent *********. *********** offers a 90 Day money-back guarantee. *********** may work for others, however, *********** did not work for either me or my friend. My friend received a refund after the 90-Day money-back guarantee. However, when I requested a refund after the 90-Day money-back period not only was my request denied, but the manager said that I was lying. She only yelled and screamed at me unprofessionally. *********** did not work for me within 90 days, nor post 90 days and I still have 12 unopened bottles which represent 93% of my original order. All I am trying to do is to be treated exactly the same as other customers (my friend) and receive my refund for a product that did not work for me and still does not work for me.Business response

I have not received a credit to my credit card as of yet. Nothing has been posted or is there a pending credit to any of my credit cards. Until this happens I can not accept their response. Of course, when I am credited then I would be able to accept their resolution and response. It would be helpful if they provided the actual transaction date and information as well. Purchased product over a year ago for my prostate issues. This is the only product that has ever helped me. Tried to order more last night and site said my card declined. Never sent me an email confirmation or anything on the order. Contacted my card and placed a new order. 2 hours later I get confirmation on both orders. Tried calling to cancel the extra order but couldn't get ahold of company as was too late at night. Wake up this morning to BOTH orders cancelled. Tried to go re-order thinking was a mistake since 2 orders went though. When trying to place an order it says I'm BLACKLISTED. Blacklisted for an error on your own website? Maybe if you sent order confirmations or Gave me a screen confirmation I wouldn't of had to order again. Called customer service talked to a supervisor and rep both who tell me they can't do anything about the blacklisting and state I ordered too much. First off I didn't order too much, their system said my first order never went through and no order number or confirmation. They refuse to help as if it's my problem. Now I can't get a product that I desperately need. Absolutely poor customer service and no help. Disgusted to say the least and no personal welfare or care for their consumers. They try telling me they only sell for personal use... exactly what I'm buying it for or why else would I buy it? Company just blacklist without remorse or any reason. I want my address/phone unblacklisted so I can order the item I need for my health!! They act like I've bought 100s of bottles. I've made 1 purchase in a year!Business response

However, we do show that the customer placed 4 separate orders between March 2021 and May 2021, totaling 72 bottles of ************ purchased in a 4 month period. We do state on our website that all purchases are for personal use only, and unfortunately, 72 bottles purchased in a 4 month period goes beyond personal use. Funny how this company states that I bought bottles between March and may of 2021 yet you allowed me to order them and I stocked up since you offer such a good price and also promote to buy more during checkout for even cheaper. Yet you state it's not for personal use. How so? Me and multiple family members take this product and is why I haven't purchased in such a long time... why? Because you allowed me to order plenty to last us but now I can't order any at all? Shady is more like it and wrong. How about you just limit what someone can order if you have such a corrupt strict system. Instead you allow people to order a bunch and then just blacklist them so they can't ever order period. Makes no sense at all and honestly is very wrong. I will suggest on social media outlets and here that no one buy from a corrupt company who allows something then blacklist you like you did wrong... yet they are the ones who allowed the orders. I ordered ProstaGenix pills and they said it had a 90 day guarantee and I took for about a month and half and did not help at all. I sent then back and the tracking number shows they got them back on the 6th of this Mouth. They said they refunded it but is was not. I want the ******* refunded.Business response

I was told I could get a refund for the unused bottles ************** on the ********** website. After taking them for about a month, ********** found no difference. I returned the bottles to *********************** ********* ***** ****** *** ******* ******** on July 20. It was received by them on July 24. Verified tracking number. I was told I would get a refund by about August 3. It is now Aug. 21 and I still have not received my refund. I've tried calling their number (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) but the message when I call says I am calling outside of business hours. I am not. I would like to report this as a scam. Apparently they could not trace my return item because I didn't include an ID number. I received a phone call yesterday from Verified Nutrition explaining why my refund was delayed. They have now given me a refund and I am satisfied.
