      I was referred to this site by a friend. I purchased from this site. The order came to $112.98. I paid an extra $7.99 for 2-3 day expedited shipping. Grand total of $120.97 was paid on February 22, 2024. All items on the order were in stock and the website had noted that such in stock items ship within 24 hours on week days.Given that Info I believed the order would arrive the following Tuesday, February 27, 2024.I set up the order to be tracked through the shop app. I did not receive the preshipment notice until the 24th of February. Since then There has been no movement on the package. **** has not been given the package either.I have emailed their customer service three times since March 2nd and have not received a single reply.My first email was requesting an explanation for the delay and a refund for the expedited shipping.My second was a follow up with the first expressing that I required a reply to my first email.My last email requests a cancelation and full refund.I also intend on calling with the same request.

      The company charged my debit card immediately but never shipped out my orders. They printed shipping labels for my two separate orders but never shipped out my orders. The tracking numbers show no movement on either of the orders and the shipping partner is still awaiting both orders. I ordered these products almost a month ago and the company will not send me my orders so I requested refunds for both orders but company will not reply to my multiple email requests. Protein Milkshake Bar does not have a working phone number to contact them.

      Upon reviewing your case, it appears that your orders were placed as standard delivery service, which typically takes between 5 to 19 days for delivery. We acknowledge that you were in a hurry to receive your items, and we made every effort to ensure timely delivery despite challenges such as severe weather conditions and unforeseen delays from USPS.

      The package was delivered in the timeframe and refused upon arrival at your address and subsequently sent back to our warehouse. As per our standard refund policies, our team processes refunds once the returned items are confirmed by our warehouse team.

      We have been diligently updating you on the status of your orders since the beginning, and our latest communication was sent to you just a day before yesterday. We understand the urgency of the situation, and to address your concerns, we would like to assure you that we are committed to refunding your order promptly upon its return to our facility, following confirmation by our warehouse team.

      Thank you for reaching out. After looking into the matter, the free sample that you ordered was unfortunately out of stock. Despite our best efforts to fulfill the order, the unavailability of the stock compelled us to cancel your order and refund your shipping charge of $3.95. The refund was processed on December 30th, and a follow-up email was sent. Attached is a screenshot of the refund confirmation.

      Date of order was Oct 18, 2023. *** ******. Left email messages and phone message, also left a message through Tiktok. It states a 24 hour response time with nothing. I have attempted so many times to get ahold of the company that all I want now is my money refunded.

      On October 6th I ordered a sample of Pumpkin protein shake from Protein Milkshake Bar for a total of $7.90 through my paypal account. I got an email promptly showin my order was received and confirmed. The only tracking they give you is to download the Shop app, which only shows that it was received. I still have not received this order. I have sent 4 emails and have not gotten any response for them. I want to cancel this order and get the amount credited back to my account. If I can't receive just a sample, I certainly don't want to take the risk of ordering a large amount and not receiving it! My order # was *****.

      This company is a total scam. All their reviews about how great tasting and incredible their products are must be fake or paid. I ordered their cookie dough based on their false claims. When I received it, the product wasnt packaged in boxes. The packets of cookie dough were thrown in a big shipping bag, prob exposing them to heat and other elements. Based on their claims, I was so excited to try the dough. It was so bad, it made me sick. It tasted expired or like rotten milk. When I contacted the company about a refund, they said they dont offer refunds and theres nothing they can do. Totally useless and fraudulent company. I wish I had checked them out through BBB before making a purchase.

      Ordered $174.98 worth of protein powder on April 23, 2022. Received usps tracking number ************************** on april 28, 2022. Today is May 10th and the Tracking number shows it not being shipped. I tried the chat feature on their app and got nothing. Their phone number is just an answering machine. At this point I just want the order canceled and get the $ back.

      On April 4, I ordered the April BOGO bundle for $85.00 (two 1 lb bags of protein, a bag of Motivation supplement, a bag of Cleanse & Detox supplement, and a individual blender). I emailed the company at the time of order to request that they switch out one bag of chocolate for cupcake batter. On April 10, I emailed the company to inquire about my order as it had never shipped. On April 11, ***** responded that my order had processed with a tracking link for my BOGO bundle (everything but protein) that according to USPS has never shipped. She also said that my protein would all ship with a different tracking number within the next 24 hours. On April 12, I followed up because I never received the second tracking number. I never received a response and followed up again on April 13 and included that my first tracking number had never updated with the USPS. ***** responded with the tracking number for my protein and apologized that "USPS failed to update my other tracking" but insisted it had shipped. On April 19, I emailed because I still did not have my BOGO bundle box and because I received a box on April 18 that contained 1 bag of chocolate protein and three samples of chocolate protein. I did not receive the cupcake batter protein. That same day (April 19), ***** responded to tell me that my BOGO bundle was being handed to the USPS carrier the next day (I was previously told that it had shipped!) and that my Cupcake Batter was being shipped as 15 sample packs. On April 21, I emailed because I had not received tracking for either. At that time I asked that if they can't fulfill my order I want a refund. ***** accidentally included me on an internal email indicating my package supposedly shipped without a tracking label. I asked for the tracking number. No response until April 24, when ***** emailed to say my order was delivered on April 18 and I had to reiterate I never received the majority of my order. To date, I have 1 bag of protein and nothing else I paid for.

There is no refund on my credit card. The business needs to contact the credit card company and make an appropriate refund. We are unable to issue another refund via screenshot below as the refund has already trangressed and money was deducted from our 5/2 payout- following with an email and SMS notification of the refund via Shopify payment portal.
