            Had a late lunch at poolside cafe and were systematically over charged by waitress. On asking for check we were presented electronic terminal with bill amount showing, a further tip was given by us. However the check was never provided, realizing that the charge amount seemed exorbitant for what we order. We demanded check copy, which took 15 minutes to get. Only to realize that AN EXTRA DISH, AS WELL AS TIP WAS ALREADY ADDED.The Hotel over charged us by 80%, however on calling the manger he corrected the overcharge and recharged my credit card the correct amount, while assuring us the original charge would be returned to CC with 7 days.Its been over 22 days and we have not received overcharge, wrong charge amount back. This is a silent fraud that is un excusable.Eventually I will get the money back. However very shocked and disappointed at the wrongful billing and subsequently the broken promise to credit card back.Feel this is normal practice of server or hotel expecting to get away with an extra payment of 80%.
