I ordered ********** from this business on 11/13/22 and paid an additional $34.67 for *** Next Day Air. The total I spent was $129.67. I emailed the company days later inquiring about where my item is, as it had and has not yet arrived. They responded at first, explaining that my package had been picked up "that day". However, the link they provided for tracking shows that the item was never even sent to the shipper. I have since emailed 6 additional times and they have stopped responding.Business response

Although the item arrived, obviously I will have no say as to how reviews will proceed, but I would like it noted that they do not honor "expedited shipping", which the client pays for. I will never use this company again, as it took well over 1-month to receive an item that should have arrived within 5-7 business days. Again, the company has since sent my item. I placed an order (#****) on Feb 9 with 3 day shipping for the amount of $71.35. I have not shown that the package has shipped. I have reached out by email to inquire about my order several times and no response. I also requested to cancel and refund my order with no response. The customer service is non-existent and i fear that they are scanning many or neglecting their part of the business transaction. I want a full refund and will discourage anyone from doing business with them.Initial Complaint

Order # **** Order date November 25, 2021 Order Total $229.49 What I ordered: 14k solid gold necklace with 18" twist chain with inscription: *****. I received my necklace and the inscription was incorrectly spelled "******". See attached photos. I emailed the company twice. The first time on 12/15 & then again on 12/21. I have not received a response from customer service. I would like an exchange for what I ordered & inscription to be spelled correctly.
