We hired this firm of lawyers for a 3-car-collision accident on November 24/2021 in which we were involved being the innocent party. The one who caused it was drunk. These lawyers sent us to medical treatment specifically to a kiropractor, a spine specialist, and finally to get a shoot on the spine. The thing started to get complicated when after all this treatment they didnt collect the bills from the doctors, didnt answer our phone calls, and when so they changed the versions of the information telling ** lies regarding the process or what is worse the lawyers didnt know the details of the case and even hanging up on us. That being said, we started to push them to collect the bills and have them do their job. In the end, we ourselves had to start calling the doctors one by one and get those bills. Surprisingly, once they gave us the bills these werent like the services we had received because they had been altered in the numbers and money. Then the lawyers told us the claim in Geico had been settled for us to be given 100k USD but a third party had to decide on how to split the money with the other innocent lady in the other car which for ** resulted pretty weird; we tried to consult with ***** directly about the splitting of the money but our lawyers prohibited Geico to provide ** information regarding our case so the consultant just told ** that every single claim was handled separately so it doesnt make any sense for ** our lawyers version. Also, we suspect our lawyer made another claim on our own car policy insurance for *********************** who was my passenger and he hasnt told ** anything about it, and last and not least, we think he surely asked the drunk driver a compensation for us as victims and hasnt mentioned anything about it and last time he said we will be given 50% of the 100k USD as the other womans lawyer wanted 50%. In our eyes, our lawyer has demonstrated Not to be an honest person so we dont want him to represent us anymore.
