Almost 3 months after paying ****** for Rush Deluxe Prenuptial Agreement Package, Prenupta has delivered nothing and broken off all communications with the client. Timeline: * 8/25/2021 - ****** is paid to Prenupta for Rush Deluxe Prenuptial Agreement Package. * 9/8/2021 @ 10:30am - A first draft agreement is sent to ******** (groom), and a call with lawyer ******* ****** to discuss is scheduled for 5:30pm. * 9/8/2021 @ 5:30pm - Lawyer ******* ****** does not call or respond to text messages & scheduled call never happens. * 9/10/2021 - ***** (bride) has call with her Prenupta lawyer, ****. * 9/18/2021 - Wedding Day (no word from Prenupta since 9/10) * 9/20/2021 - Husband ******** sends a request for a refund for the $500 "rush" fee, since nothing was delivered before the wedding, as well as conversion to a postnuptial agreement. * 9/22/2021 - Lawyer ******* ****** replies, saying he "ill begin drafting your postnuptial agreement today and will send you the updated document soon" * 10/9/2021 - After no further response from Prenupta, ******** sends request for full refund or delivery of postnuptual agreement. * 11/1/2021 - After no further response, ******** sends another follow-up email request. * 11/15/2021 - ******** sends another email to Prenupta as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe there is another explanation, but it certainly appears that Prenupta is a scam, and there has been no good-faith effort on their part to deliver the product for which I paid ****** 3 months ago. We are now formally filing a complaint with the BBB and are once again requesting a full refund so that we may move forward with a postnuptial agreement from a reputable and trustworthy provider. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2021/12/22) */ Update: Prenupta refunded the full amount on 11/16 following my complaint on BBB.org. There were no other communications and I still feel wary that I gave them so much personal information, but this matter is now closed. Of course, I would still heartily recommend against using their services.
