They are operating a virtual mailbox service but are not servicing the virtual customer. In October 22 I had a macbook for work that was kept in an employee office for months without me being notified. In the last 3 months I have had mail illegally opened, lost, misplaced, or delayed for every item i have had mailed to the address. The owner is disrespectful and refuses to hire more staff or refund for the awful service. This business should no longer be able to operate as they can not fulfill customer orders. I also want a refund for every ***** ever spent at the establishment lBusiness response

Good afternoon, this complaint has been resolved since the time of complaint. *****'s main concern was the postoffice not delivering her mail on time to our office and she was expecting EDD payments.
in response and a courtesy customer service, we have given her a full refund of everything she paid and also proved to her, that there is no reason for us to delay giving her mail.
