I received a tracking number for my order on July 23rd. As of this date the tracking indicates that my order is still being prepared by the store and hasn't actually shipped. I have made numerous attempts to to contact customer but have been totally ignored.Initial Complaint

I preordered the deluxe edition of a new album about a month ago. I just got an email saying that they need to charge us more for a product that I already paid for because of the increase of cost. But costs have been going up for 2 years now. That should have been expected. This was not a kickstarter or indiegogo where I'm helping a small band produce something. This is a successful label with other successful releases. Do they not keep a reserve of money to help start future productions? To me it screams "poorly run business." I hope that Loma Vista honors our original agreement. Changing the terms after the fact is shady
