      I ordered foot cream based on an email fora sale asi do love the product. on august 29. Never received. My account was charged. No response to emails or texts until 2 weeks later. Was told it would ship. Never has. No tracking. No response to emails or texts. Very rude and uncooperative. Told me in a text that I could not file a complaint because the do not belong to better business. Claimed it was owner ****** ******** but I think it is a scam website.       Ordered from this company on 2/21/2024. I received an email stating the order was received and will be shipped within 24 hours and they never sent my order. The tracking number given for **** still says that they are waiting for the package. The only way to contact Foot ***** is through email and they never respond. The number the BBB has is a scam type number that Ive won something.

      I ordered two H32333633343536**35**H Creams in lavender and eucalyptus 12/6/2023. The amount taken out of my bank account was $40. It is now 1/12/2024 and I have not received my merchandise. I have emailed and called the company and left NUMEROUS voice mail messages to try to resolve this issue. I have had no response at all! At this point; I need a total refund.       On November 19 ordered product from Footnanny on line. On December 5th received the following email: Thank you for your order from Footnanny WEBFLOW! We wanted to let you know that your order (#**c-f90) was shipped via ***** **** Priority Mail on 12/5/2023. You can track your package at any time using the link below.Shipped To:************************* ******************************************************************************* ** Track Your Shipment: ********************** *** says waiting for product. No change since December 4th. Contacted the company 3 times by email and once by phone. No response to emails or voice mail that I left. Beyond poor customer service. I just wanted the product for xmas gifts but now a refund. Thank you.

      I purchased two pedicure kits from FootNanny on November 8, 2023. The cost was $40 each. For a total of $80. I have yet to receive my order. I have called, left messages and emailed multiple times. We now have our bank involved since this seems to be fraudulent charges.

      I purchased this foot cream from Footnanny.com on Oct 5, 2023. My card was debited on Oct 6, 2023. The only contact that I have is that the order was confirmed.I have attached the purchase order and several emails that I sent. I also sent went on their website and sent emails through their contact information. I have tried calling. No answer. The order number is 21f-871

      I placed my order with Footnanny on July 7,2023. I got a confirmation of my order, my credit card was also immediately charged. No further communication was received after that. Apparently there is no way to check on your order on their website. I emailed several times trying to find out the status of my order, with no reply. I finally received my order August 3rd. My order was missing products. I immediately messaged and emailed the company asking for the missing products or a refund. I have emailed several more times since, still no reply. Footnanny products are excellent and have recommended them to family and friends in the past. Their customer service is non existent and I feel I am owed refund for products that were not received. My daughter also placed an order on the same date and also had missing products. This is a terrible way to treat customers. Thank you for your assistance.
