Placed my order on their website on 6/29/24. As of 7/19/24, order is still showing ready to ship via **** yet hasnt moved.The phone number listed on their website is a scam number.And after emailing them multiple times about the order, *** received no response.Im now out $52.80.Id like a full refund of my money.Do not order from them - its a scam (ignore the famous person that says theyre amazing).Review from Yvette F

Ive been trying to reach someone at Footnanny for a month. After 3 emails Ive yet to get a response from anyone. The product I received was opened and cannot be used. I was a fan of this product but they have the worst customer service. I will not purchase from them again regardless of who (Lady O) backs their product.Review from Marla L

Beware. After reading these reviews I am afraid to say the same thing is happening to me. i ordered the foot cream a month ago, never got it, can't reach anyone got one response saying it would be shipped that day and it never happened. All of my emails are getting bounced back and I cannot reach anyone for help. DON'T BUY IT!! Just terrible because it is a good product. I spent over $50. They certainly had no problem charging my card.Review from Angela W

I ordered foot cream from Footnanny on February 2, 2024 after seeing the product on Good Morning America which featured businesses owned by African Americans for Black History Month. It was also highlighted on the morning show that its a product that ************************* loves to use. I have not received the product and Ive only received emails regarding tracking number and that the product is in Woodland Hills and waiting on shipping. I purchased 2 orders of foot cream on 11/25/23. Debit card was charged the same day. I received emails that the order was shipped. I have not received anything. I spent money on a product that has never been shipped. I ordered two of the Footnanny Color Purple Lavender Pamper Box. On December 14th 2023 they stated it was shipped Dec 17th 2023 but it has not show up yet. the tracking number shows Woodland hills ** it been there for 3 weeks now . Footnanny is collecting money but not shipping the product. I want a full refund. I will never use this company or product again. ******************Review from Andrea G

this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I placed an order on black Friday and still have not received it. Christmas is 5 days away. I sent several emails to them with no response. Then over a week ago it says that my order is going to be shipped priority and all it says is it's labeled and sitting there in ********** in their warehouse waiting to go to the post office. If I don't get the purchase by Christmas I'm calling my credit card and cancelling the charge. Maybe they need to get some customer service tips from Oprah!Review from Julie H

I placed an order from Footnanny last month. Received an email stating my order was confirmed but never received an email that order was shipped. I emailed them numerous times and left a message on a voicemail. They only have AI customer service and you cannot reach a live person. Never received my order. I filed a claim with PayPal and am awaiting my refund. This is not the same Footnanny since ***************************** sold the company, Buyer bewareQReview from Brandee E

This is a review for Footnanny. I placed an order on July 21st. I immediately received a confirmation the ordered was placed. On August 5th, I reached out to check on the status of the order. I immediately received a response from ********************************, owner and founder of Footnanny stating that the label will be printed tomorrow and tracking number will be sent the next Monday. Needless to say as of August 26th I have not received anything. I waited a week after the 5th and tried to reach out again and I have not heard anything. I even went to the Footnanny Instagram account and the tried to send a direct message and still no response was given. At this point I believe that my money was stolen by ********************************, the Footnanny Founder and Owner. I have now seen several BBB negative reviews. Shame on you Footnanny for stealing from clients!
