Concerned about the quality and durability of their products, I once again reached out to ***'s customer service to request a warranty claim for the defective shoes.Despite my previous positive experience with the warranty process, this time I was met with great disappointment. ***'s customer service representative informed me that the defect in the Zip Line shoes was not covered under their warranty policy. This response left me frustrated and confused, as the defect was clearly a result of a manufacturing or material issue, similar to the defect that led to the replacement of my Streamline shoes.I firmly believe that ***'s refusal to honor the warranty on the Zip Line shoes is both unfair and inconsistent with their previous actions.
