I made a one time purchase. I started being billed monthly. I didn't agree to ongoing purchases. I e-mailed the support team and never received a response. I have to claim a dispute at my bank to get my money back. I didn't see all the bad reviews stating they were put on monthly billing unapproved. This company is a scam.Review from Gary F

They may or may not have good products, but they are brutal about allowing customers to cancel subscriptions. I've tried for the past two months only to see yet another package arrive and another $50 taken from my account for a product I DO NOT WANT! Do not use this company unless you want a lifetime prescription.Review from Jeremy G

There is no way to cancel your prescription! I sent them a message to please do so, and was instructed to reach out to support, which is only FAQ. What a scam! Will likely have to cancel the card I gave them to stop it. Oh, and it seems like they sold me sugar pills instead of ******.Review from Rocky J

I ordered generic ****** from *********. A one time order only! Someone put me on autoship every 4 months without my approval. When I received second shipment , I contacted customer service and talked to **** which was very professional. He gave me return directions. I had to spend my money to ship product back that I did not order. I was told that I would receive e-mail when they received product ,but I did not. When I called back 6 days after they received product , I was told that I was being reimbursed at the time, but was told they would not pay me back for return shipment. I did not order so I should be reimbursed for return shipment!Review from Billy P

Terrible service. I was a previous customer that let my prescription lapse because I thought the 20 mg pills were a rip off. I responded to an add regarding them being the only exclusive provider of the "real" ****** from ****** with a very low price. I called their 800 number and was told that price was for new customers as a one time deal. I told her I had tried to change my subscription but the website would not allow it so I called. She stated she was willing to offer a deal. I decided to take the one time offer and ordered the 100 mg ****** authorized pills. The next day I received a bottle of the 20 mg pills in the mail that I did NOT order. I called **************** and was told by ******** it was my error because I had two profiles. I told her you company set up the second profile because you could not make changes online. So now I am billed for an order I DID not order. I am waiting for email for return label. Beware! I went to this site as a possible alternative to going to see my physician. I did the preliminary research into their site but thought I had better see my physician before proceeding with scoreblues online examination. I was charged $158 for generic ****** before I had even submitted any personal information that would be required for an online examination. I called the scoreblue customer service number and explained that I had been billed without an examination and wanted a refund and was told one was being provided, it wasnt. I had to deal with my credit card company to get a refund. I filed a complaint with the *** against Scoreblue for taking money for prescription medication without a medical examination.Review from Mark S

** NOT use ScoreBlue. They auto ship every 30 days without telling you. Then there is NO way to cancel in your account. There stated hours to reach someone by phone are fraudulent as well.Review from Martin S

Product dont work, they kept charging me and not shipping their fake product. I called customer service and said they will give refund, but they dont. This place is scam and they take advantage of people
