I purchased a watch from The Watch Edit's store on Etsy on July 7, 2022. I was extremely dissatisfied with the item and when I left a one star review for the product on The Watch Edit's Etsy page, a representative from The Watch Edit messaged me on Etsy and offered to refund me for the item if I mail the item back using a USPS mailing label provided by The Watch Edit. I did so and it has been a month later, no refund whatsoever. I have messaged The Watch Edit multiple times to see what's going on but I have not received a single response. I would like my refund of $81.30. I went to The Watch Edit's page on Etsy today and it is suspiciously gone. I am including screenshots of my prior communications with the seller, as well as the receipt from USPS showing that I returned the item and providing the tracking number. If you look up the tracking number, you will see the item was successfully delivered back to The Watch Edit.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/04) */ We never received the watch back from the customer. Once the customer reached out to Etsy to state she showed it was delivered, we did an exhaustive investigation to find out where the package was as it was never received by our team at the address provided to the customer & we never have any delivery issues. We determined that we did not receive the watch. However, we did issue a FULL refund to the customer back to her original form of payment through the Etsy platform immediately upon being contacted. I have attached the full order page showing the refund was issued thru Etsy Payments many months ago. Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2022/11/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I mailed back the watch using the mailing label the business provided and have a receipt with the tracking code that indicates the watch was delivered back to the seller. Since the seller has refunded me for the item, I will not proceed further with this complaint.
