    I have attempted to cancel my subscription three times and am continuously billed about $30/month by this crooked, deceitful company. Here is the issue -there is NO WAY to cancel your membership via their website, you have to email a support person. This person claims to have canceled my membership last time but never did. -there is NO WAY to remove your credit card information from their website. You are unable to remove payment details that would prevent them from charging you.-they repeatedly claim that they have already canceled but continue to charge you. It is disgusting.

    This company is misleading customers to sign up for their products/services and then delivering a whole other experience. Very disappointing because I was a customer. I signed on to receive 3 fragrances a month that I was able to hand pick from and they advised me to create a 3 calendar scheme which is how they get you. I paid for the most expensive plan on their list but only received one fragrance from that catalog. And my 2 fragrances were cheap but I still paid for the most expensive plan!

    Unfortunately this is not exactly the true issue. This member just joined up and joined the 3 scent plan. Unfortunately he didn't realize he needed to add 1 scent per calendar, not all 3 scents on the same calendar. He will be receiving the 1 scent he choose on calendar 1 but since he didn't have his scents in the correct place he was advised that he would receive the Manager's Monthly scents for calendar 2 and 3. We also offered him the free exchange process upon receiving this parcel but instead he choose to respond to our communications using fowl language which we do not tolerate. We attempted to correct his error with the option we have and in turn to response with this fowl email more than once. We have done all we can to assist this member who has since cancelled his account.

    Yeah they definitely don't explain how the plan works, all they ask you to do is full up your 3 calendar board but that's where they mislead you at, because you think Calendar 1 is when you sign up but it's incorrect they'll take one fragrance from each calendar that you did not anticipate because why would you? You think Calendar 1 means the month you sign up. In my case I signed up for 3 scents a month platinum plan but only received one platinum and two regular scents meaning they charged me for something but delivered something completely different and I still paid for all of it. They never seemed to want to redeem themselves just kinda justify the mess up or clear mistake just to pocket a little more. Still they lose my business and credibility! They stand on shady morals!
