      Requesting this business reimburse me the money they agreed to refund. I would be willing to sign the agreement again to remove my review since I am assuming the original contract was never fully fulfilled. I have spent an additional $25k in fees seeing nuerologits , other ENT, therpists, and a multitude of other costs that I had to spend out of pocket. Although this business and I had a falling out and Im sure they hate me I hope we can forgive each other at some point and move on. I wish the business would have been more understanding and helped figure out what was wrong instead of having other specialists help me and brushing me off. as all that did was create more confusion and thousands of out of pocket expenses. The hole in my turbinate bothers me many times a day. , I wish EOS would of declined my case and I hope in the future maybe this experience I went through can help the business to decline cases of other people that might not benefit from this expensive procedure and be at risk for bad outcomes as myself . The negativity I had with this business is not something I wanted in my life and feel they owe me a refund as they originally promised . Although Im sure the business has a lot of happy clients, I sadly am one of small percentage that did not have a good experience and it caused many more lifelong issues for me I was not expecting . The only way they would ever understand what Im going though is live a day breathing through my airway to feel how the hole in the turbinate feels and then maybe they would understand.

      I am writing in today to file a complaint on this business EOS Rejuvenation, aka *************************** . In 2021 I paid this business $25,000.00 out of pocket. During this procedure multiple grafts were placed in my septum which immediately caused issues such as pulling, poking any many other complaints that I brought up to this business on numerous occasions. (among other complications, such as perforations in my lateral wall that are permanent lifelong debilitating issues I have to deal with on a 24/7 basis). It came to my attention prior to my surgery many of the revision people who had grafts all were complaining about very similar issues. So much so the Dr had to refund the money back to them as their issues never went away. Not only were grafts used that EOS knew were causing issues, but the business then terminated the relationship after I paid them $25k. The perforation hole that is in my septum and chipped bone is from *************************** and was bothering me immediately after the procedure. The ENT I went to took very detailed pictures to show me the damage. *** then sent me a contract at one point to refund me back in exchange of removal of reviews. Over 2 years ago I sent that form in and removed the reviews but never received any refund.. This business owes me my $25k back. They have caused so much damage to me it is not repairable. I do not think they understand the suffering I have endured every day since October 2021. It has negatively impacted me in every way possible. Noone should have to go through this. This business has no idea the pain i endure. I tried telling them the first 2 weeks something was very wrong and they would never take me seriously. As a business they should of seen the signs of the infection causing a customer to act different from it in the blood stream. I am requesting my refund that was promised to me. Chipped bones, perforation of lateral wall, collapsed wall is not what I agreed to pay for

In these instances, we strive to be as supportive as possible in working with all of our patients, even long after their procedure to help achieve their goals. We do take patient comments seriously, but we are at a distinct disadvantage when those statements are not the true and are defamatory. While we would like to respond to defamatory and unfair reviews, we are limited by what we can discuss publicly. We would simply point to our outstanding reputation and impeccable record of success with our patients.

      I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr **** and was expecting certain results which were not obtained. After my rhinoplasty I thought my nose would look better but it is still over projected and too long for my face with a slight bump still left on it. I left a bad review about this on Yelp and ****** the practice manager called me stating I could only get a refund of my money if I signed an NDA. Patients have a right to inform other patients of their experience without having to sign an NDA for a refund. The resolution I am requesting is that I still get a refund for $4125 without having to sign a settlement agreement.

      We are very sorry to see a complaint like this. In these instances, we strive to be as supportive as possible in working with all of our patients, even long after their procedure to help achieve their goals. When patients initially inquire they are to choose a style of nose that they so desire. If a patient calls years after stating they are happy with the results but simply would like a different style of nose and at that point the patient is responsible for the out of pocket cost of the revision surgery. The quote that is given to any patient by our office reflects the current pricing of the revision surgery they are requesting and if they are inquiring about another procedure (that is also added to the quote) assuming the patient is requesting for the procedure to be done the same day. We simply cannot charge a reduced price because the patient changed his/her mind and wants a different style of nose.  That would be unfair for our or any practice. 

      While there may be rare occasions where a refund of a patients money is warranted, repaying more than a patients out-of-pocket payment when the patient's insurance has been billed is fraud and we will violate the law.


      We do take patient comments seriously, but we are at a distinct disadvantage when those statements are defamatory.  While we would like to respond to defamatory and unfair reviews, we are limited by what we can discuss publicly.  We would simply point to our outstanding reputation and impeccable record of success with our patients.
