            BBB opened an investigation into this firm due to the number of inquiries we have received. Oxford Gold Group has been unresponsive to BBB regarding pattern of complaints, over the past few months, BBB has received an increasing number of consumer complaints relating to your firm, specifically, consumers allege their orders of precious metals have not been delivered to the depository. Consumers also allege receiving correspondence from the depositor stating they were no longer doing business with Oxford Gold Group, Inc. Furthermore, consumers allege not being able to get a response from Oxford with the details of their orders or refunds. On May 24 and June 07, 2024 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

            I purchased a combination of siver and some gold coins. This was paid for out of a tax free account total of $11,000. The purchase was in January of 2023. The coins and silver was to be held on custody with. Equity Trust In **** as an **** I was assured by my rep with Oxford (***** Gharache) the the coins would be send with in a few weeks. In February of this year I received a letter from Equity trust to inform me that they were parting ways with Oxford Gold group and that there was a problem with my account. I contacted Oxford rep ******************* and she told me that everything was OK and not to worry. It has now been a year and a half and I finally got intouch with Equity Trust and I asked for a list of the items in my account. Much to my surprise I was informed that Oxford has never send the silver and gold that I had purchased. I have over the past three weeks (June 15th,2024) called and left messages atleast 10 times. Both to ***** Gharache and Oxford gold group. I have yet to get a return call. At this point I would say that they have committed Fraud and or theft. I would prefer to have the items (gold and silver) I have paid for. Please help me,I am available for any assistance that you may need to get this company (Oxford gold group) to honor this transaction.

            It all started out great for me starting in October of 2022 and went well. 3 of 5 orders are at the depository. January 2024 I spoke to the *** in what now appears to be just before the collapse .He assured me the 2 orders I was concerned about would arrive. A couple of weeks later one DID arrive. Holding out hope. I have emailed. No response. Busy signal when I call.
