Regal Assets took my *** transfer money in December 2021 and has still not purchased the precious metals, nearly a year later! My lawyer has not received a response from this fraudulent company. Why does the BBB never post my review about Rega Assets! This is my third time trying to warn people they are stealing MILLIONS and you won't post my review!! Please!! How come my review/complaint never is published? My husband and I ordered metals from Regal Assets to be deposited in a depository LAST YEAR in SEPTEMBER 2021! Our metals were not delivered and deposited and I have an email the ***** sent that he was not refunding ** our money! The so called Lying "President" keeps giving ** the run around of excuses. What a mess!! I have all the emails, texts and receipts.Review from Rodney S

I invested in a precious metals *** with Regal in *** of 2022, and was informed that the product would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It is now the end of September 2022 and I have still not received the metals purchased. I have sent e-mails and phoned repeatedly. All I get is the run around - they have consistently told me they are checking on the location of the shipment or it is on the way, but I still have no metals. I can not get any one to speak to me on the phone and have been told numerous times **. ********* will call me back and have yet to speak to him. I was told that the other account executive is no longer with the company. No answer to the e-mails I have sent him. I believe this company has cheated me out of my money. I need this issue resolved. I believe Regal has committed fraud by taking my money and not delivering the product. I want my products delivered or my money refunded. Stay away from this company!

I'll believe that when it happens. I've tried emailing him-no reply. I've called his office several times and was told he would get "right back to me" - never happened. It seems everyone at that company are liars. If this is not resolve soon with a refund of my money or the metals delivered, I'm going to contact the FBI and try my best to get them to look at all the times this has happened and pursue conspiracy to commit fraud charges against Regal.Customer Response

***** did get in touch with me around the end of September - he told me that he would call or email me every Friday to keep me informed of the progress. Haven't heard from him since. He also said the metals would be shipped by 10/31. As of just now, they are not in the account. He laid all of the blame on someone who is no longer with the company. It appears to me that Mr. ********* is a liar and can not be trusted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be pursuing other avenues of action.Customer Response

It is now January 2023, and I have still not heard from Mr. ********* and can get no answer when I phone. I would like a refund or my metals shipped to CNB in Delaware ASAP.Review from Nancy F

We deposited our large *** in November of last year 2021 it is now Sept of 2022 and both my husband's and my *** invested in precious metals has not been delivered to the depository. We received a letter from the custody co. Informing ** that are still awaiting delivery from the depository. We have called and called and spoken to the *** and sent numerous emails to her. She keeps telling ** that she is checking personally in on this and she keeps telling ** different dates, but the time never comes. I think that waiting almost a year is long enough. we need resolution in this nightmare. Our money is missing and nobody seems to know where it is. Wow! If you read one customer complaint regarding Regal Assets, then you've read them all! What I am reporting has happened repeatedly. I invested with Regal Assets in late November 2021 to purchase silver and gold for my IRA. It is now mid-July 2022 and Regal Assets has done nothing except make empty promises. The gold and silver haven't been delivered and my money hasn't been returned. My money is missing, and I am crazy worried. This has been the worst financial decision I have ever made. This scam has been reported several times according to the customer reviews with the BBB regarding Regal Assets. Stay away from Regal Assets!Review from Christiana T

I transferred an IRA acct to Regal Assets to purchase precious metals back in late March 2022. My CNB Custody acct. doesn't reflect the precious metals ever being delivered to the Delaware Depository Services as of today (7/12/22). I've called, sent text and emails to Regal Assets contacts multiple times and they tell me it's been delivered recently. Just hasn't showed up in my account yet. I am starting to lose faith that the delivery will ever be made. Hoping to get help with this situation. I either want the precious metals to be delivered and credited/showing in my acct. or I want the funds back so I can take my funds elsewhere.Review from Sandy M
