I bought tickets to Indiana Fever vs Los Angeles Sparks originally scheduled to be played at ************** in **********, but they moved the venue to ************ in Los Angeles 11 days ago. They said my tickets were still good and will work at the new location, so I don't worry about it. Today, they message me saying that they apparently can't accommodate me with tickets. This is clearly because I bought the tickets when they were much less valuable, so they want to revoke the tickets and be able to sell them for a much higher price. I'm not sure if Seat Geek or the seller or The Los Angeles Sparks would be responsible, but it feels selfish. I would like to be regranted my tickets to the venue as promised. I have a friend flying out for the game, so the losses are even greater anyway than the refund.Business response

Dear Seat Geek Ticker Buyer and BBB,
The attached complaint relates to a ticket purchase that occurred through a third-party reseller. The Los Angeles Sparks offered refunds and/or transfers for those ticketholders who purchased directly from our primary ticketing platform. As stated in the complainant's own documentation, the tickets were purchased through Seat Geek which is a third-party reseller. The Los Angeles Sparks, have no control over the way a third-party reseller handles ticketing complaints. The documentation attached referenced that the seller should contact Seat Geek directly to resolve and/or correct any issues.
The Los Angeles Sparks handled transfers/refunds directly for those who purchased from our primary ticket platform. We do not have any data or contact with the third party resellers and their purchasers.
The Los Angeles Sparks recommend that the customer review the terms of their ticket purchase from Seat Geek for more information. More information can be provided upon request.
